Overall, it was an okay experience, but for the little this spa had to offer in amenities without getting a spa service, the $50 resort pass was not worth the price.   

The restroom in the women's locker room lacked any hanging hooks for your robe while you use the toilet or to hang anything, a purse, etc., The sauna is small and doesn't have levels like others I've been in. I almost fell because a part of the bench in the sauna was not properly secured to the wall. I did advise the attendant and she had it fixed right away.

You are not allowed to take spa towels, spa shoes or spa rone to the rooftop pool. The only thing offered to us was water, nothing else. I also didn't enjoy having to get an attendant anytime we wanted to use a different part of the spa. You also don't have access to any towels unless you ask for them.  I do feel that if you booked a spa service and use the amenities, it's a better deal. 

Mediocre 

I arrived at the time the info says the pool opens which is included in the spa pass. Jacob directed me to the floor with pool access. I realized I needed a key to get in so I went back downstairs to the hotel desk and asked if I could have a key to the pool. It was refused because they told me, I did not have a room at the hotel.  Told to go back upstairs and wait for the spa to open, that the spa manager would give me access to the pool. I ended up wasting 45 minutes, about 10 minutes past opening time, spa doors were still locked so I went downstairs again to get assistance at which time they called the spa until someone answered and said they were open. Once I entered the spa, I had an amazing time. The spa manager was amazing, I enjoyed the pool and the service just make sure you understand the hotel staff are not going to assist you with anything other than the floor number of the spa. If I were rating the hotels energy it would be 1 star based on treatment from manager on duty.
