Hotel Alba

I purchased a tiki caban daypass for Friday Sept 11th and it ended up raining. I spoke with Beatrice at the front desk who was able to help me reschedule my daypass for another day. The day that i went it was quiet with no issues. The pool was nice and clean and the staff was really nice. The cabana was worth the money. I will definetly go back


Great hotel

I am unsure as to what my money bought me for the day at this hotel. What we needed was a place to stay for the day prior to a late flight. I was told by the rude woman on reception that our Resort Pass did not get us a room, nor did it get us access to a courtesy room/shower. So whilst I got the "benefits" listed on the resort pass, what I could have done is contact the hotel directly, book a room (which I did on the day) and pay $120 dollars to give me exactly what I needed, including the access to the facilities!! I absolutely do not understand what Resort Pass added to this experience other than charge me a boat load of $$$ that did not need to be spent, to gi e me what I did not need. Dont waste your time, book directly with the hotel, get exactly what you need.

We have come to the Alba several times, spent hundreds of dollars and it usually is good.
 Our visit on Sunday July 16th was terrible. There were several people at the pool smoking (both legal and illegal)
Other people were playing loud and offensive music. We left after an hour due to this. 
I would like a refund.


terrible experience

Pool was quite lovely, a bit crowded though. Went on a Saturday, couldnt order food until noon and was a limited menu. 

Lots of sun! 

My son and I were in town but our Airbnb did not have a pool. Before heading home I needed to catch some sun & relax. This was perfect!! We got there at 9am and we were the only ones there. Other people started coming a couple hours later but it was still chill and quiet. The pool was the right temperature for a very hot day. Super clean facility, great staff, and trendy decor. Just what I needed. Will come back again.

Chic & Relaxing

Overall our experience was great, from the staff to the pool to the tiki cabana. The only downside is the location, being so close to the highway and the airport, was noisy. Especially in the morning there were a lot of flights. But eventually it was not as bad, and overall we had a nice relaxing day. Food and drinks were very good. 

A nice spot

We had a perfect day at hotel alba when we had a delayed flight. They held our bags and had a free airport shuttle. The staff was amazing- especially our bartender at the pool Sylvia and our server Brittany for SUCH a fun brunch.
