Took 30 min to check in . Not a rooftop pool at all . As described Place could not Even provide WiFi or a phone charger or charging station , even ask to buy a charger still no I had to leave and go to gas station

We very much enjoyed our stay purchasing a Day room with King bed and having the pool/Jacuzzi ALL to ourselves. This property is out of the way and very quiet. A hot day in the 90s encouraged us to dive right in. Pool is UNHEATED in October (and was too cold to enter), jacuzzi was tepid and barely warm but warmer than the pool. However, the nice room made up for it and we used the bed for a nap after lunch and a shower. We'll be back and were very pleased with our 'staycation' Day Room!

Great Property, Superior Room and ammentites!

Went in on a Friday. There was hardly anyone there. We had a whole pool area to ourselves.

Quiet 

This was our second time using this pool. We like it because of the location, not too busy or crowded and good size pool. Staff was nice and space was clean.

Excellent space and service

it was a hot weekend and enjoyed my day at pool for $45 day pass.

Arrived at noon. Was told theonly room available was on the fourth floor, nothing close to the pool. Yet reservation claims i get a room starting at 8 AM. The pool was Not heated, advertisement says Heated Pool. And lastly, part of the reason for selecting this hotel was for the rooftop view/lounge area, Well, that was/is closed for renovations. Absolutely no food/meals avaiable until after 5PM

False advertising?

Wouldve been great if I was made aware that the roof would be closed during that time
