Hilton Universal City

Amazing time at their pool. The waitress was kind and attentive. The pool and hot tub were clean and perfect temperatures. It was not too crowded until about 3pm. The food was pretty good. My friends and I went and we had an amazing time. Great location. And parking was easy.

Good Location

After two days at Disney, I decided to relax while family went to USH.

A nice respite

Simply be aware as to whether or not the pool bar is open or closed. 
Open, all good. Closed, do not book. In fact, resortpass.com shouldnt even offer these day passes to hotels who have closed their pool bar for the season, day, week or month. 

My advice is to get a confirmation, confirming the pool bar or pool side cafe is open. Otherwise, FORGET IT!!!
Of course if you dont mind walking through the hotel, the lobby, past the checkin desk, concierge, bell desk and through the restaurant to the bar, its all good. At some places you do have the option of using room service if they have it, but know you will have a 45 min to hour wait. I guess if you dont plan on eating or drinking, its all good. Oh and one more thing. No music. Apparently they only turn it on when the pool bar is open. 

This goes for all locations. 

It was a pleasant winter sunny day at the pool. Clean and all that...Only lacked some energy or music to bring some energy to the place. Quiet indeed. But it was very good in general

The universal studios Hilton was clean, friendly, staff was very accommodating. Pool was clean, jacuzzi was hot.

Very nice property in the hills.  Lush setting at the pool.  Property is nicely maintained.  Staff was very friendly and helpful.  Highly recommend this place for an exceptional daycation, or check in to the hotel and make it longer.  You'll be glad you did!

High quality experience

The check in process was very easy, the front desk had the key ready upon our arrival. The pool was very good, clean and well mantained. Pool service was good as well, convinient hotel parking that they validate, will definitely come back.
