Hilton Universal City

My day at the Hilton was very smooth and relaxing! I got the day pass and felt it was super worth it. It was easy to check-in, and the staff knew immediately about ResortPass. I ordered a margarita and chicken wings, and they were really good, and I was fulfilled for hours. The pool and jacuzzi were at the perfect temperature, and it was easy to go in and out. Just be mindful that the resort is child-friendly, so there were a lot of families with children who were playing and screaming, but it was no bother at all. 

Super Relaxing Day!

Came here for a daycation with 3 kids and the hotel was beautiful. Check in was smooth, loids enjoyed the whirl pool and the large pool. Only thing we did not like was the price of foods, $8 for an Oreo pack is like highway robbery. There are nice restaurants on site like Five on the Hill which featured live music and a shuttle bus to City Walk.

Great place for a relaxing day

The weather was amazing and so was the customer service. We had a wonderful day and will be back, thanks so much !!

Wishful Wednesday 

This was a great place to visit with your family. I rented a daybed with the kids, very comfy. The only thing I would mention is that they only have one staff member, so we didn't receive the service we desired, but it's still highly recommended.

Great Family Time 

Came here when my daughter was out of school for the day. A lot of fun. Easy to checkin. It was the right amount of busy for the day we went. Only one person taking food orders. Only recommendation would be to do a QR code and allow mobile ordering! Would help the one person! Will return.

Family Friendly Fun

We had a lovely day at the Hilton Universal City. A nice pool with a beautiful view. The standout was the awesome poolside staff who made great drinks and were so helpful and friendly. Made our day that much more special when they brought out a cake for the Birthday girl. Will definitely be come back soon to say hi to Marina and Miranda. Thank you!!

Fantastic location with amazing staff

I went with my boyfriend to enjoy some pool time. Once you're inside and step outside of the elevators, you walk through the cafe to get to the lobby area. There must have been a couple hundred people and more walking around. We waited in line at the check in desk and were redirected to the concierge desk so make sure to not wait in the check in line! They give you a key card, wristbands, and parking validation. It was packed and all of the beds were taken so we grabbed some towels and laid then on the turf. We stayed for about 3.5 hours and ordered a couple of things and wine from the menu. Food and drinks are pricey. During our time in the pool, kids were continuously diving and jumping in. I was getting water in my face several time even though I tried to move. There were more kids than adults in the pool. This was our first resort pass. We will definitely try a 21+ pool next time around! Also, the pool did not feel heated and there was no music. Parking is actually about $13.50.

Not recommended for couples

Great experience! Only reason I dont give it 5 starts is because they didnt have enough staff to attend to all the guest in a timely manner. One one attendant at the drink stand and another running food out. Waited very long just to check in at pool. (Staff was friendly) 

Great for kids

Pool was extremely nice! The jacuzzi and pool were both clean. Everyone working there was completely nice too. Would highly recommend!! 

Great service and pool! 

Was a lovely day! Pool was clean, got a lounger no problem, and the snack bar had great drinks! Was the perfect way to spend the day.
