Hilton Universal City

Pool was a good temp and decently sized. Adequate number of chairs and options for sunny/shaded areas. Deducted a star for parking being more expensive than advertised ($16). Deducted another star for food options being limited and excessively expensive ($30 for a burger after tax + tip) for a non-luxury property. This Hilton feels nice in a business trip context, but it is not luxury.

An okay, local option for ResortPass

This was our first time visiting poolside for the day.  Unfortunately, we picked a day that was a bit too cool and the sun never came out.  However, my daughter went back and forth between the pool and the hot tub, nonstop for more than 3 1/2 hours.  It was my Bday and Marine made it a great experience.  The food and drinks were very good, even though the menu was a bit limited and pricey.  The service was great and I was offered a plant based burger from the restaurant, although it wasn't on the bar menu.  The day passes were priced higher for the holiday weekend, but we will back back to enjoy their more reasonable fees on another weekend, soon.  Loved that it was kid friendly, but still resort-like and luxurious enough for us adults.  All in all, a great day.  Cant imagine how great it will be with warmer, sunnier weather! Recommended.

Great experience and location.

My day cation at the pool was great. Although when checking in the front desk person didn't know much about the service at the pool it was fine. There was a young lady walking around checking on everyone. It was not crowded at all hence her attentiveness. The food that I ordered was great and the champagne was too! This is definitely worth a visit. 

Great daycation

My wife and I booked a cabana for our anniversary and the staff could not have been more helpful and attentive. Every step of the way was a relaxing and fulfilling experience. Would have appreciated more menu options but it was a small setback from an otherwise overwhelmingly positive experience.

Anniversary Trip

We rented a daybed for Mothers Day and it was perfect. Check in was easy, people working the pool bar were very friendly and attentive. It was a great time and some much needed R&R 

Great service and location 

Overall, we had a great day. The hot tub is incredible and the staff is kind and attentive. Heads up, there are MANY children - which is fine but some get in your personal space. The food was okay (fries came not fully fried). Also the daybeds are in a private corner, which is nice for conversation, but meant they got no sunlight and were quite chilly so we found regular seats.

Well Priced for what you get

We had a great experience. Easy check-in, amenities were as described. Good service, nice atmostphere for a family given proximity to Univeral Studios.

Great Option

I booked a cabana last minute trying to find something fun for the kids to do and we were very pleased with the customer service and overall experience. It felt like we were on a resort. 

The only negative thing I have to say is the food was VERY expensive and very subpar. I probably wont order food the next time but the drinks were amazing.

Such an amazing experience for the family!

Nice family pool. Note: there are only three day beds and they are all in the corner/shady area. Menu has changed since our last visit. The last time I was there they had a better variety of specialty drinks and ice cream for the kids. Also, there is a the new facility fee which is an additional 15% (on top of gratuity). I already paid a fee to enjoy the pool so not sure what this extra fee includes? 

OK option for families

This location was so relaxing. The staff was so easy And so friendly. We had an incredible time. Food And drinks were great
