Not enough staff to accommodate the guests appropriately. 

Understaffed

Loved our visit here. We got a cabana for the day and the staff was extremely kind and accommodating. The cabanas were also a great size for the price and came with snacks and bottled waters, and had its own ceiling fan and tv!

Great family friendly resort

The pool was clean the staff were so nice ! And the food was delicious! Great job to the team there. A little crowded to be honest but nice family environment. 

Great day! 

This was a great experience.  We arrived around 10am and there were plenty of chairs to choose from.  It was quiet and stayed pretty quiet.  The concierge was very welcoming and pleasant and did a great job explaining what we needed to know.  We had drinks from the pool bar as well as nachos and the taco trio and it was all very good.  All in all a great day.  

Quiet and Beautiful

I loved spending the day at the pool and hot tub. Everything was clean and well organized. The staff was friendly. I will definitely go again. 

Great location, friendly staff, and nice ambiance.

Need a place to hang out after everyone left reunion and I my flight was much later.  I was able to use the fitness room, hang out at the pool, have a mimosa and use the hot tub. Why did I not know about Resort Pass sooner!

Spent the day here by the pool, service was great. Very quiet, lots of loungers

Quiet, clean as described 

My kids and I enjoyed our day at the pool. Was a great temperature and very clean. A little on the small side but still plenty of room to play as it wasn't very crowded. We ordered a burger and fries from the bar which was really good.

The perfect day!

Hilton Scottsdale and it's pool area was so beautiful. We were lucky to spend a few hours there between our arrival to Phoenix and checking in to our accomodations in Sedona on one of the most temperate days. The staff was nice and the facilities were great. Thanks so much!
