Hilton Garden Inn Miami South Beach

Caroline was so welcoming and friendly. We arrived off a cruise and needed somewhere to take a shower and unwind before late flight. We took some towels and hit the beach. Room was clean tidy and had everything we needed.

Excellent stay

The location was convenient for the trolley stops right across from hotel. There Isa Walgreens on 23rd and I was able to use free transportation: Miami Beach Trolley.  The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I think the pillows need to be replaced for new ones though. I was able to eat a nice lunch (but expensive) at the restaurant across the street: The Palms Hotel since the restaurant at this Hilton was only open for breakfast and dinner. I didnt like the fact that there is no pool. 

Day Room

It was absolutely wonderful! We were greeted by Adan and he had us laughing from the moment we stepped in. He was a delight. The beach was directly across the street and they provided beach towels. I will most definitely use Resort pass in the future and I will book at the Hilton Garden Inn when in Miami.

Wonderful experience 

We had several hours between our cruise ending and our flight home. This was perfect to while away the time. Location was great, walking distance to beach, and several places to eat.  Room was clean and comfortable. The staff, specifically, Adan, at the front desk was wonderful! He was patient, friendly helpful, and funny.  Would definitely go back.

Perfect Location

This was just what we needed to handle the gap in time between the cruise ship arriving and our plane departure. 

Met our needs

It was false advertisement.We could not check in till after 4 which was pointless.The hotel said y'all knew this.The hotel was nice enough to let us sit outside on there patio for 6 hours.
