Hilton Aventura Miami

Everything was top tier as soon as I arrived. I felt taken care of as soon as I checked in and was walked out to my lounge area. It was a beautiful sunny day and the pool was the perfect temperature.  The pool service was amazing and the attendant bringing out drinks was super nice. The ambiance was relaxing and it really felt like I was in my own little getaway in my own city. Loved the experience and will be back.

Definitely would go back . Checking in was easy got right to our day bed it was a great experience !

I LOVE THIS PLACE

My boyfriend and I purchased a day pass w/ cabana after landing from an early morning flight..since our room in South Beach would not be ready until 4pm. Location was great to kill time; esp since there is a Starbucks, Publix, shopping center to grab snacks and last minute things for our trip. 

The cabana and pool service was disappointing. When we arrived there were no towels available. The cushions of the cabana were filthy. The front desk attendant was aware and assured us more towels were on the way, every hour I checked back to the towel box and still there were no towels. Had to keep walking to the desk in my bathing suit to ask what the update was. 4 hours into our cabana stay..and still no towels. Unable to use the pool with no way to dry offwe left early. Wouldn't recommend the pool pass here to anyone.

I tried to cancel, but was unable to because of the internet on the ship. It was raining, so we didn't go, so we spent twelve long boring hours at the airport and I'm out $170.00

I went on a Monday so it was quiet. There were no other cabana guest. The hotel was completely sold out. Pool side chairs were all full. But it was a quiet crowd. Great for relaxation. It does seem, however, that they're still working out the kinks. No one seemed to know that the cabana guest received a comp bottle of Prosecco. Also, depending on what time you arrive, you may not get it right away because the restaurant is closed. They didn't have Prosecco, but they were gracious with accommodating a different preference. The food was fresh. Overall, I would definitely return. 

So pretty

This was by far my favorite pool that we have went to with resort pass! Great calm vibe, loved the day beds , free garage parking , easy check in , great staff , had a fabulous lunch at Gala , Fernanda was our server gave us great service and recommendations!! 100 percent will return to the Hilton Aventura for another pool day get away!!

Free parking, check-in and check-out was a breeze. Beautiful pool. Get ready  to get a beautiful tan as well because, no matter the seats you pick the sun will come through. Everything was clean and quiet. It was only the 8 of us by the pool.

Ive had wonderful experiences with ResortPass and their hotels.  However, this time , I was very disappointed.  They never, gave me the complimentary towels for the pool, after asking several times.  Their excuse was, that housekeeping was aware and unfortunately, did not have anymore extra towels at site. 
However, at the cabana site reserved , their were plenty of towels available.
