We had a 6 hour delay for our flight. The hotel was so nice.  Pool and facilities were perfect.  And the airport shuttle was a huge bonus

I would 1000% get another day pass for this hotel. They were so friendly and accommodating. We were able to eat breakfast and they held our luggage while we explored Fort Lauderdale. Then we even got to use the pool and the airport shuttle was the BEST feature.

Prior to our cruise our airline changed our departure flight to 8 pm. My wife refused to sit at FLL airport all day and I did not want to double the cost of our vacation by reserving a day room or villa on the beach. 
The coffee stays out all day, there are bathrooms in the lobby but no showers. There's no bar or lounge like at other hotels but there's a couple of TVs (which no one fought over), and they had some bags of chips and cookies for sale and a free water bottle filling station (like at the airport). All in all, this place was exactly what my wife and I needed, a place to relax in the AC and not have to drag around our luggage. I really appreciated the ride to the airport and all the staff treated us very politely, including the driver. Is it like being on vacation? No. Picture yourself with 15-20 other random travelers sitting around a hotel lobby all day.
There's a Wendy's, a few bars, a dollar store, Winn-Dixie, and a Dunkin across the street in a strip mall. 


Good Location, close to bars and restaurants

The room was clean and comfortable. The pool area has minimal chairs and is smaller so we didn't end up using it due to the chairs being full but used the room to relax and nap while we waited for a late flight. The shuttle from the hotel to the airport is free.

We were greeted with a smile and a "no problem" attitude. Our luggage was tagged and whisked away after we were told to help ourselves to the breakfast buffet. It was a rainy Saturday morning so we weren't able to use the pool towels that were offered at check in. Thankfully there were some comfy chairs with pillows available to hang out in. When the rain stopped, we were able to go across the street to the shopping mall. There were several options to grab a bite to eat. We brought our food back to the hotel lobby and found a table to eat our Wendy's meal. Hanging out at this hotel instead of sitting at the airport certainly made a lot of sense.  The shuttle ride to the airport was great since it was included in the price of the resortpass. We definitely would consider this again. Rhe pool woukd be a nice relaxing place to wait also if it wasn't raining. I did see a few umbrellas at tables.  Other than that, there isn't much shade at the pool. The bathrooms available were clean.

Really good day pass, however pool only had limited chairs/beds, we were lucky and arrived early but we did see people without chairs

Good value

We had over a 12 hour wait for our flight after getting off a cruise and didnt want to spend it in the airport. The hotel was welcoming and easy to use. They offered free coffee to help yourself to and a lounge area to charge electronics or just get out of the sun. There weren't many lounge chairs around the pool and what they did have were very uncomfortable. But that is our only complaint. Everything else was great.
