Grand Hyatt Atlanta in Buckhead 

Had such a nice time at this pool. It was very clean, and even thought the hotel had construction going on, you could not hear it outside. The water was cold so I only put my feet in, but I loved laying out on the lounge chairs. There was delivery from the bar which had a 22% service charge, but all employees were courteous and the food and drinks were great. Will definitely come again. 

So relaxing

Very easy check in. Pool was well maintained and not too crowded. Plenty of chairs and space around the pool area. Easy to order food and drinks via a QR code. 

Relaxing Day

The pool was full of leaves, not looking clean at all as advertised on photos. There were only a few towels to use. Was not what we expected at all. So we basically left without using the facilities.

Disappointed 

I booked a resort pass and it was amazingly refreshing! The pool and the food was wonderful. I will definitely book with Grand Hyatt again very soon.

Amazing Getaway 

Beware - the photo of the pool area appears to show several lounge chairs. We we arrived around 12:30, there were no lounge chairs left and there were probably not even 20 of them. We went back in to get some lunch in the restaurant, which was just fair. Had to wait a good while, they seemed very understaffed. I mentioned the pool seating to someone in the restaurant and then when we went back out to the pool she was there and said we could take a couple of chairs from some tables to sit in. By then there were no more pool towels left either. The food and beverage options for poolside were slim, especially the beverages. Three "bottled" cocktails available for $18 each. The pool was not that relaxing at all. The room however was lovely! A great view! And a separate sofa along with the bed and a beautiful bath. If we had not had such a nice room the day would have been a disappointment.

Had a great day! Our Resortpass was from 10am - 4pm and we milked every second. Came down from Roswell but felt a million miles away. Great service, warm pool, colorful guests, beautiful tea garden. Will definitely come back.

Buckhead fabulous!

I enjoyed the experience. Pool was warm. Food was delicious. The Zen Garden was very relaxing too.

Very relaxing 

Horrible experience $145 all in for 6 hour day suite. No service at pool, one restaurant at the hotel and the hotel was under construction! What a waist of money! I could have stayed at another hotel next door for $115 overnight. I was not pleased with this resort pass experience and this is the first and last time I will use this. I was sold on the concept and ended up being rushed around for a few hours in a room, no service at the pool, $70 lunch and $45 parking. Nuts!

Little of no service at hotel

Booked Sunday of Memorial Day weekend. Beautiful room and pool. I would absolutely return, but the pool was a little warm for me. Gorgeous surroundings - the Zen Garden looked amazing from the 2-story restaurant. Front desk was on point and rooms were updated and recently renovated.
