Clean and lots of water park and pool fun! 

Very fun!

Pros: Check in was easy but it wasn't busy. They do check your bags s no outside food or drink. If you reserve a lounger at a higher fee, you get a free bottled water. There is a snow cone stand, retail shop w/ beach stuff, food stand & of course waiters that will come to your lounge chair.  There is a bar/restaurant with tables. There are 3 pools, slides, water features, zip line, water basketball so very family friendly...not so much if you want a relaxing adult pool day. The reserved lounge chairs are pool side. Others are further back & first come,first serve.  Pool & facilities were clean, staff was friendly. Food was decent & reasonably priced. Cons:  Parking is tough & expensive ($25-30). If you reserve a cabana,parking by the pool is included. Otherwise, you have to park in resort parking, walk to the main hotel entrance & wait for a shuttle bus to take you to the pool. It's a good distance.  If I go back I would park at a nearby grocery store and UBER to the pool.

Definitely a family friendly environment. Bathrooms, pool, and facilities were clean. Good customer service. 

Great Overall Experience 

charged twice, notified help( which in todays day and age w companies using bad A.I) or worse. I enjoyed the resort but my bank will be canceling one of the two bookings for this friday (and i was solo). I anticipate a reply from their help bc that is the least of their priorities, it doesnt help their bottom line. All my other resort passes download to a QR code or are sent to my apple wallet. First time (charged) no email, so i had to buy another given its 90s and sunny. The resort was solid
