Great place clean pool

It was nothing like pictured, should not be a hotel affiliated with a pool/spa day trip 

Terrible 

The pool area was very clean and stocked with towels and there was no one there on the day we decided to go. 10/10 experience and will be back! 

Great location and very quiet

Pros:
*Warm in the pool area (actually hot) which made it easy to stay in the pool (also warm)
*Lots of light
*Changing bathroom in the same area
*3ft-5ft deep which meant our 9 year old could stand and play
*Ample seating


Cons
*No showers (not necessary for us, but wish they had one)
*relatively small (if you want to lap swim this is not the pool for you)


Warm, shallow and friendly staff

Super friendly staff picked me up from the airport. Front desk stowed my luggage for the day and pool area was very nice. Walking distance to the Maine Mall and restaurants. Overall very pleasant  experience. Would give 5 stars but front desk staff was very off-putting and I felt like I was bothering her honestly just by my presence. 

Great Location

We got to use this large heated pool for a few hours ( we had to get home for pets).  We had a clean bathroom and towels to use.  Staff was very hospitable and professional.  Easy process for a fun afternoon.

What a nice surprise having this warm large pool and space to spend the day in. Towels were provided and it was mostly only our group. The staff are friendly and it seems like a secret find! Highly recommend!

Perfect Pool Day!

The pool is perfect for kids, with depths ranging from 3-5.5ft. I removed a star because the shower to rinse off was not working and we were really counting on that the day we visited. I understand things happen and we'll still visit again in hopes things are repaired.

Pool was large and clean, staff so kind! Perfect afternoon getaway-staycation!
