The hotel is clean, modern, staff is friendly, food was reasonably priced and flavorful. Alcoholic beverages were a little high. Loved the convenience of the Pool Bar, towel 
station and restroom location. The pool was 
clean but the water was 
frigid and most people avoided getting in it. I had a relaxing day and will definitely return. Great 
location for out- 
of-towners.

We rented a cabana by the main pool (not the family pool) and it was great! It was nice to have a shaded place to go since we had a toddler with us. Service was wonderful, food was good, and everything was clean. Next time we would get the cabana by the family pool because we spent more time there because of the toddler.  We took the advice of someone who posted here recently and went right to the bartender to check in and it was perfect. Easy, fun, great day!

So much ch fun!

Hotel wasn't notified of the booking, so my room was over an hour late, which made me late for my plans. 

The room was in poor condition and smelled wet. I was disappointed and only stayed for about an hour. Wasted money. 

My experience was pretty bad

overall this was a great experience and awesome value compared to other resorts nearby.  The cabana was nice - better than the pictures because the chairs had padding.  The bar service was excellent and we were treated as VIP's.  Only complaint is that the front desk staff did not know anything about checking in day passes or cabana rentals and did not know where to send us.  We had to ask around the resort until we eventually got to a manager who helped us out and everything went smoothly from there.  FYI if you are doing a day pass here or renting a cabana - go straight to the lagoon pool and talk to the bartender to check in.

A relaxing way to enjoy the day. Service was top notch. Food and drinks where fabulous. 

Great way to spend the day!

With 5 hours between cruise ship disembarkation and our flight this filled our need.

There was an issue finding our reservation.  Showing our reservation in the app helped but it took about 20 minutes to check in.



Fit our need

Love how the hotel staff is warm, friendly, caring and inviting. I like how there is the option to go for a walk and run in the area and the sidewalks are really big for those into fitness. There are plenty of places around to grab a bite to eat. I gave it 3 stars because the elevators take forever. 

Staycation

This was our first use of resort pass and visiting this location. The staff were very friendly and attentive, delicious food which they were willing to make some substitutions on and reasonably priced drinks. The lounges were very comfortable with staff recommending the space with the most sun. 

Comfort and great service

The hot tub was cold so I could not get in. That was disappointing because it was the highlight of the day pass
