Pricier than expected but went with room v pass bc it was supposed to rain all day 
GPS from sea world looped me around I-drive and beyond and I had to go back towards sea world and cut through a random parking lot

Served its purpose but a bit pricey for time used

From the minute we arrived we were treated so nicely and everything went very smooth! Our server Glenda was very attentive and took great care of our every need. The cabana set up was very nice but it was a very hot day & there were no fans. Thats the only suggestion I would offer is to put some fans under the metal roof. 
Thanks for such a great 1st experience as a Resort Pass member. Ill be back and Ill keep booking!! 

1st Timer using Resort Pass

What a great way to spend the day! The pool is great! The area is clean! The bathrooms are well kept. The food is good and the drinks are great. The customer service is always phenomenal and make the experience even more enjoyable. They genuinely want to ensure you have wonderful time and remember you by name. Love bringing the family when they visit. 

We always have a wonderful time here! 

Good pool

Would definitely come back. Nice smaller pool but well worth it and not too crowded after the holiday weekend. 

Great hotel

Booked a premium cabana for the day.  Email said check in at front desk, they sent me to another location near a restaurant to get wrist band, they sent us to the pool bar.  The guys behind bar did not check any id or booking id just nodded head towards where the cabana was.  There was no service at the cabana, we had to go to the bar ourself, pool was nice and there were a few things to do at the other pool that was a 10 minute walk away.  There were some guests that got into a shouting match.

The staff was amazingly friendly and we had a very pleasant experience. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Great staff and experience 

I recently had a fantastic experience at the resort, especially enjoying the Floridian Burger  I think thats what its called. The burger was delicious and perfectly cooked. Additionally, the family pools were a highlight of our stay, particularly the toddler pool. It provided a safe and enjoyable environment for my child, allowing me to relax and unwind knowing they were safe. 

However, I would not recommend the lagoon pool for families with children. It felt more like an adults-only area, which might not be suitable for younger kids. Overall, it was a great visit, but be mindful of which pools to use based on your familys needs.

Good Food and Family Pool

We enjoyed our day pool side.  The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.  Pool was perfect.  Really enjoyed.
