We had a nice time on our stay using the cabana, pool and having lunch nearby. The staff was really nice and accommodating. Food options were limited, but what we had was good. 

Our biggest problem was that the pool is much smaller than expected, the surface of the pool was covered in bugs, and it was very cold.  The hot tub was great though. 

The cabana was also very small - not more than one person could sprawl out in it. There were only a few lounge chairs on site, so you had to get there early if you wanted one. 

For the price, it was definitely not worth it. What drew us was that they allowed children under 18 which was what we needed. So all in all, while it wasn't all we wanted, we still had a nice day out in wine country.

Great location

I enjoyed my first visit to this resort. I was greeted by the manager and provided with all of the necessary information about my day. Very accommodating and friendly. Exceptional customer service.  the afternoon tea was delightful, and such a treat. My only wish was that there were food options for resort, pass guests since there is no restaurant on site. DoorDash delivered with no problem. Wonderful place. Ill beDoorDash delivered with no problem. Wonderful place. Ill be back!  

Beautiful property and amazing customer service!!

I brought my friend here for her birthday and it was absolutely perfect. It was a hot day in Napa, so the cool temp of the pool was so refreshing. It was a smallish pool area and there were a few other folks there, but didn't feel crowded or noisy at all. The scenery is absolutely stunning. We took a walk through their garden, which was impressive. Even though I spent more than I planned for our day trip, we had an excellent time, no complaints at all.

Perfect, Quiet Afternoon by the Pool!

Bann is the best kept secret in Napa. Private views of vineyards with breathtaking vistas and gardens fill an intimate and inviting space. The Thai influence is a unique experience for wine country. 

Grew at boutique luxury resort

My wife and I had a lovely day by the pool.  This is a very small hotel, almost like a home.  It is Thai themed with lots of nice details around the grounds.  It is not opulent by any means but it is very pleasant in a low key relaxing way.  There was no pool side service or restaurant.  We went into Yountville for lunch.  They do provide towels and we changed in the bathroom.

The pool was nice but not much facility or amenities. Too expensive for what you get. 

Loved this place.  Quiet, beautiful and clean facility.  Family-owned, friendly and warm staff. The pool was nice (a bit cold :) and the lounge chairs could use some cushions, but otherwise a great destination for a Mother's Day getaway!
