Great location, I liked the design of the pool and cabana. The service was very slow we would order drinks and the server took forever to get our drinks to us. we had better luck just walking to the bar our self and getting our own drinks. Every time we looked at the server she was chatting with her boss in the corner. The mini fridge was locked and they couldn't unlock it. The cabana we had reserved until 8 but the bar closed at 7:30, which in my opinion way to early. 

Great location but slow service 

Enjoyed a day at this pool. It gets crowed so get there early if want a chair. There was a DJ that was not too loud and played good music. The food and drinks were also good. If you want a quiet relaxing pool day this is not it. Depends on the vibe and what you want.  

Nice pool

The Thompson pool was a great time. I ordered a cabana for myself and 5 others. The rooftop pool was great and the service was great too. I plan to go back later this summer with a larger group.

Perfect Hotel Pool Day

The Thompsons service, amenities, food/bev and location could not be better. Highly recommend the cabanas for any group pool day! We will be back.

Overall the experience with solid. The only a few complaints are that you cantOverall the experience with solid. The only a few complaints are that you cant play your own music, but the music they play was very mellow and low volume so it was hard to feel that fun party atmosphere we were going for. And then the biggest cabana is at the far side of the pools all the way across from the bar so you feel a little bit isolated. I wouldnt recommend that large cabana, and instead one of the smaller ones that has access into the pool. 

Solid experience 

We went on a Monday. No one was around to assist us. We had to ask for water. Ask for towels. Ask for a menu -The tv in the cabana was broken - I had to go to the bar to find out tab to close it and the computer system was down.  She had me write my CC number down so she could charge me later.  All in all not worth the price -

Had a great day at the Thompson!!  The pool is terrific and the service was great!

Great Pool & Service

Great atmosphere and the food was really good as well. The Cabana is definitely worth it! However, dissatisfied with how the staff left without proper farewell despite the generous gratuity. Also, the pool is not heated as advertised and very cold.
