I really enjoyed getting away and unplugging for the day. Loved the private beach.

Beautiful and Relaxing 

We rented a beach bed which was set up very nice and the guy was so kind and engaging! The waitress was fabulous and checked on us many times.  Major issue we had, note we came as disembarked from cruise and had to wait for flight, they had the worst accommodations.  We have done this in many other states/countries and this was a first that they did not have a changing room for you to use after a day at the beach let alone a shower.  I can be forgiving of a full shower but not the comfort of at least a changing room! The front staff older woman was rude and said we had to use the main lobby bathroom.  This is unacceptable on every level to me! Maybe others are like this in Ft. Lauderdale but I would look before booking here.  Note: huge lobby for which they could easily accommodate a small clean/dry area with a chair to change. Bare minimum!

Poor accommodations/great staff

Great location 

We arrived at the Hotel I was very excited about having a good time there while I wait for my flight in the evening, we went to the pool and the beach area to check it out, what a disappointment was when we got there the pictures make it look like a beautiful place, but it wasn't the staff at the pool area were not friendly so I decide to wait inside went to the bar to get a burger for lunch with my husband the food was decent and Christian was very nice and very friendly. We went to the coffee and pastry conception to get a bottle of water that will cost $12 thats just ridiculous the price of water. I definitely not going back to this place wish I went to Ritz Carlton for a day pass, leave and learn.
I just glad I was able to have a place to hang out.

The location is beautiful, cabanas are spacious, and service was excellent. 

Great Resort

The price for a beach chair and luggage storage was too expensive!
Drinks 20.00 plus dollars each! OUCH! Not again.
I'm a Travel Advisor and would NEVER send a client there due to being overpriced for what is offered.
Oh yes, the towels that I was given would not even be accepted for donation. They were too thin and worn out

Nice location

Arrived at the hotel early and was allowed to check into the room at 10:00 for our day stay. Hotel amenities and easy access to the beach were great. 

Great location

Rented a beach bed for the day. Everything went smoothly from the check-in, to storing our luggage, set up of the beach bed and ordering drinks and food. It was a great way to spend 5 hours after disembarking our cruise and waiting for our flight home.
