Value was just not there for the money. Very small pool area and cabana. Inattentive staff. Also watch for sneaky extra charges on your food bill.

Food was great nice relaxing. Definitely wasnt a Vegas vibe but a nice little spot with great foods and drinks and atmosphere:)

Booked the cabana all day for a poolside Bridal Shower. Checked in at the hotel lobby and 7 of us were already staying at the hotel. Arrived at the rooftop at 11:00am and no one was around. We chose a cabana based on which one looked the most clean. The cabana still was filthy, cushions were moldy, floor was socking wet. We cleaned the cabana and had to go to the bar to ask for an assistance. The waitress finally came over at 11:45am. That was one of 3 times that we saw her in 6 hours. I have no idea if the TV worked because a remote was not provided or and it was never turned it on. No one picked up the food, trash or drink cups when we were finished even though we asked numerous times . We had to ask the bartender for the server to come over each time or had to go to the bar to get drinks on our own. Finally, we ended up cleaning up the food and drinks and left them on the bar so we had a place to sit our new drinks. Do not waste your money!

Cabana Living 

I love the view from the cabana and the view of the city of Charlotte. I would recommend this to many people . 

Great View of City 

Got there at 11 am on a Tuesday and it was not busy at all which was nice. Just wanted a relaxing girls trip. Really picked up at 3pm.

The pool itself is on the small side and a bit shady but overall, I nice spot to kill a day,   Food, drinks and related service was exceptional.

I booked this as part of my birthday staycation.  We chose the early day option for cabana. However we ran into delay getting checked in at the property. An they didnt get us into a Cabana until An hour after our check in time. Other than that we had a great time. Staff was very hospitable An attentive The food and cocktails were very good. And the overall atmosphere was very enjoyable. The property was beautiful. My only wish was that there was some type of music to enhance the experience.

Rented the Cabana, tv did not work, only one  chair to lay down on.
