Arlo SoHo

I like the location and the vibe of the hotel. The room was very small but I was there to work so not a problem. The issues were that I was first double charged on my account and I had to continue to go back and forth.  Next the room had no wash cloths which confused me. I also didnt understand a hotel with no ice available either. The rooftop was great but you cannot go upstairs until 4pm and you must buy something to be allowed on the rooftop even if you’re a guest.
