The staff was hospitable and the services were amazing!!!

Amazing!!!

From the time that I arrived until the time that I left, it was a great experience. The staff were very hospitable and attentive. They made me feel welcomed. I was provided with a locker to put my stuff in and was given a long comfortable robe and comfortable rubber slides. The message therapist made sure that I was relaxed, comfortable and that the massage was to my liking. After the massage I was able to use the sauna room and the salt room. They had complementary drinks and snacks. They also had a complementary face scrub. 

Great Experience 

Great Location

It was a great experience. The hydrotherapy jacuzzi and aromatherapy massage were amazing. As soon as we arrived we felt like royalty greeted with champagne. Only wish the pool was closer to the spa area for easier access. The steam room is amazing as well as the salt cave. I believe the cold room will be opened soon. Cant wait to be back! 

Couple Spa Day 

Booked a couples massage at the spa it was such a wonderful experience. Great ambience and a wonderful staff will definitely be booking again in the future.

Awesome experience 

Overall, husbae enjoyed his experience. He spoke highly of the Himalayan salt room, massage and lockerroom. Those were experiences specific to the spa. The only reason to give 4 stars is that one personnel gave him instructions on ordering food. So he returned to the locker room for shower and came back to verify/clarify the directions and another staff member was at the desk. She had no idea what he was referring to. So he left without eating. Sounded to me like there needs to be just a little more clarification across all hotel staff the procedures when redeeming a resort pass.

Simply the best

Spa was clean and full of amenities. The mens steam room was under repair so they gave us free parking and a free spa day. Massage was wonderful and the jacuzzi was a great bonus. Would certainly recommend.

Amazing spa and service 

April 9 is my sis birthday so we decided to go and do something different.  The location, the amenities and the staff were all wonderful.  The young lady at the front desk of Ame was awesome.  The whole massage experience was great, we were very relaxed by the end.  The salt room, the sauna and of course, the prosecco were all great.  I definitely plan to visit again.
