Omni Charlotte Hotel

The day we went the pool hadn't been cleaned and needed chemicals to stabilize it. It was hot that day, and it would have been nice to be able to enjoy the pool. Bar and food service was good though.

Great atmosphere, views, cleanliness and drinks… bartender Celeste was a doll!!!

Definitely a VIBE!

I enjoyed this place but food was a little expensive and pool
Was kinda of small or intimate.

Awesome Experience

We reserved the 4 person space. It was perfect space for the group. The fruit and drinks provided were great and not skimpy at all. The pool itself is on the smaller side but that didn’t really matter. The atmosphere was good. Drinks and service were good. 

Fun time

Much needed day away from society : live in the city but felt like vacation!!

Great location and view ! 

The Staff was great and very welcoming. The amenities were available to all guest and very accessible. The hotel itself was very clean and secure. The food at the bar as delicious and the waiting staff was very friendly as well. The atmosphere of the hotel was very relaxed and peaceful, there wasn't a mess in sight, it was VERYY clean!  

Great location access to all Amenties

Amazing!!! Met some amazing people at the pool , great laughs and talks. The food was really good , sun was out and the pool was great. Got a great tan and fell asleep while laying out. Definitely coming back!

Great time and loved Clarissa at the front desk for her exceptional service. Pool bar employee were also terrific!

Great time!

My husband and I were staying at a nearby hotel when we spotted thier pool and bar area. So glad we used resortpass and reserved the daybed for 4. The girl at the front desk had a bit of an attitude when we arrived, kinda like we didn't belong there since we weren't guest of the hotel. Once we got up to the pool area the whole vibe changed. We went up to the bar to ask which seating was ours. They were super nice and let upgraded us to the eight person couches since they were slow. We had an amazing day of much needed relaxation. The staff was very attentive but not intrusive. I would definitely recommend trying the frozen Mojito's and the turkey club was really good too! Definitely feel like it was money well spent!
