Poolside loungers were scarce on the holiday but there are plenty of alternate options and later into the day were more available. Service was great! Very clean! Spa pools were heavenly! Locker room well stocked and delightful!

Highly recommend!

Love the main pool if you are with kids but do the Spa Pool if you are looking for something that is quieter. 

Awesome Day

Hot tub, steam room, sauna room, cold bucket drop, exfoliating shower along with relaxation of outdoor lounge by pool was phenomenal. Very clean woman's room and  the gym was nice with up to date newer equipment! The area where tea was offered was in awkward location and the area to enjoy tea and snacks  was set in lobby that was not quiet or inviting!

Very relaxed pool area plenty of chairs at least between the hours of 11 and 2 pm.  Really good bar area and service was excellent

Great pool 

We had a very relaxing day at this spa. The heated pools were magical, refreshments were perfect, and pool attendants were so helpful. The facility was clean and well-staffed. 10/10.

When I arrived at the Fairmont Sonoma Mission INN, there was construction,
noise and machinery around the pool,

I visited on Friday, and it was packed. The spa has a system of using a placard to reserve pool chairs, which is great in theory, but isn't actually well managed. There were no chairs open when I arrived, but it also wasn't clear that all of the reserved chairs were actually being used -- some had cards on them and in the four hours I was there, no one ever used them / came back to them. It seems like the property needs to rethink it's chair management strategy. That said, the one guy who worked the chairs and umbrellas was very nice. And weirdly, the food/drink service people never asked me if I wanted anything / offered me service. In all, I assume that they were just wildly understaffed, making the day pass cost overpriced for the experience.

Great Daycation!

Cabana was set up beautifully, with special attention paid to our booking that included kids and adults. Fridge was stocked with kid-free drinks and cabana was conveniently located near the shallow end of the pool for ease. The pool concierge, Lynne, was so friendly and provided amazing customer service! Felt like a full luxury experience.
