Great stay

Staff are overall friendly and helpful. The pool was basic. I would pass on the cabana if I were you. A day pass is fine. It seems like they are updating it with new paint, so theyre trying. I mean youre in Carson so this is as good as it gets.

Parking was easy and free. Staff was friendly! We got a cabana for my mom's birthday. They gave us warm cookies upon check-in. The place was clean, the shade was not always ideal with the angle of the sun but it was comfortable. The restaurant and bar were great and the service was fast. Prices not too high for anything. There was a large family playing in the pool but it was honestly sweet to see. Hot tub and pool both could have been warmer. Overall a relaxing day, well worth the money, and my mom loved her celebration!

Great Location!

This was our first time using Resort Pass. This place was perfect for our needs. We wanted to take the kids to swim and lounge. We really liked that this hotel was laid back. The staff and patrons were all very friendly and the included snacks were a big hit. We are looking forward to our next visit! 

Great Experience 

Rented a cabana and a day room on a Friday, not sure I needed to spend the extra money for the cabana, but I suppose it could have been a crowded day.  Easy and friendly check-in, no wrist bands, did not require list of names/guests.  Temp of pool was cool, but it gets a lot of sun, so it felt fine. 
 Hot tub a nice size.  Both very clean and not high level chemical smell.  Like most, states no outside food/drink, but we brought our own anyway, not an issue.  We did order lunch from the restaurant, $$ typical but quantity of foods very generous, tasty and hot, served in take out containers per our request so we could eat by the pool.  Very large open parking lot, no gates, so free and easy to park.  Although workers were sweeping up around the pool, cabana area seemed neglected, no furniture moved in a while, so quite an accumulation of dirt.  Suggestion, investing in matching lounge chairs/furniture would go a long way for the vibe.  Still, will definitely go back.

Great family spot, water very clean!

I've used resort pass several times and was expecting a very relaxing day by the pool. Splurged for a cabana and the cabanas were being used, or had been used. We sat inside the gazebo and made the best of it. There were about 30 kids in the pool having a great time. After a few hours we figured out they all played on the same sport team. All the children left the pool to sing happy birthday on the other side of the pool and we were finally about to sit in the jacuzzi for a few minutes before leaving the pool. 
The cabanas should have a reservation sign, or at least fresh towels. The gazebo floor was messy. After having used resort pass successfully several times, I was very disappointed with myself for choosing this place only because it was nearby. 

Maybe we came on the wrong day
