Join David for a flowing vinyasa class in the Jivamukti Yoga tradition, open for all levels. End with an optional peaceful, soothing, lavender aromatherapy śavāsana neck massage. Jivamukti Yoga is a path to enlightenment through compassion for all beings. The Jivamukti method aims to teach yoga as an ethical and spiritual practice that combines breath, movement, meditation, and philosophy. Based on ancient yoga scriptures and practices, it is a vigorous, integrated vinyasa-based method incorporating elements of bhakti, karma, raja, and jñana yoga. The word “Jivamukti” in Sanskrit can be interpreted as “the state of being liberated while living."

Tai Chi
Tai Chi is a low-impact, mind-body exercise that originated in China in the 12th century as a martial art and form of meditation. It involves a series of slow, gentle movements, physical postures, deep breathing and a meditative state of mind. Tai Chi is sometimes called "meditation in motion" because it's designed to harmonize the body's energy and mind. The class is led by Master Nick Gracenin, a 46-year career as a teacher of Qigong, Tai Chi, Chinese Yoga (Dao Yin) and Chinese Martial Arts who was awarded medals for US Teams at 6 World Championships for Chinese Martial Arts. In 2012, Master Nick was awarded a 10th degree Black Belt from the International Wushu Research Federation.
