“Had a very relaxing daycation!  Checked in about 9 am after ending a cruise. All went smoothly. Went to the spa and was given a tour of the amenities. I changed into pool attire, locked up my carry-on, and spent my day lounging in a shaded chaise by the pool. The attendant and bartender were friendly and efficient. Beach towels were provided. I opted to stay at the pool but was welcomed to cross over to the beach. It was a rip current warning day so I didn’t do that but the beach was gorgeous!  I had several drinks and a delicious lunch before heading into the spa at about 3:30 pm. Enjoyed the steam, sauna, and hot tub for a bit before showering and changing for my flights home. Upon exiting the hotel the concierge kindly called me a taxi which arrived instantly. Within 25” I was at the airport.  All was terrific!  Just be mindful of rush hour and possible bridge opening on a trip to the airport. Allow time so you don’t get anxious.”

“This place was amazing. Upon arrival greeted and escorted up the elevator to the spa. All the amenities were shown to us. After receiving our one-hour relaxing massage, we then enjoyed the pool area with food and drinks. The service was amazing! This day pass included our valet and two complimentary drinks, which were well worth the price. The only additional fee that was not disclosed was tipping, which was just fine!  If you were looking for a day getaway to be pampered, this is the place!!”

“Booked our spa/pool/beach day at the Westin after our cruise, because our flight didn’t leave until almost 6 pm. Very clean, well-maintained facility. Jackie at the spa was very helpful checking us in and giving us details and wristbands for access to the spa and pool. The spa offers separate areas for men and women. Each provides good-sized lockers, showers, sinks, hair dryers, a jacuzzi, a great steam room, bathroom facilities, and a relaxation room. Not busy at all when we visited. The pool area was very busy, as the day was beautiful. Pick up towels for the pool or beach there. A pedestrian walkway passed over the main highway with direct access to the public beach. The day pass also gives you access to free lounge chairs on the beach. Umbrellas are an extra cost ($25.00 for the day). We arrived about 11 am and the doorman at the Westin was happy to store our luggage. The beach area was not busy, but all the lounge chairs were filled up by about 1 pm. Drinks and food are available at the pool. We will return! So much better than a boring airport.”
