Loved celebrating my birthday here! Awesome pool, awesome staff and loved the cabana!

We reserved a poolside cabana for the day. Great experience. Alandra was attentive and polite. We had a great time and definitely recommend booking.

Such a perfect beach day! The chairs were comfy and the umbrella was a great add. Check in was easy and the staff was attentive to our food/drink orders. We ended up staying at the beach the whole time but the pool looked beautiful and wasnt packed.

Spent the day at the Outrigger after our cruise was diverted to Kona instead of Hilo. 10 minute Uber ride from the port. Resort was under reconstruction but the adult pool area was fantastic along with the food & drink service. Family pool was separate and adult pool respected. My wife and I had the adult pool to ourselves for 5 hours. Our server, Andy was great.

Resort is absolutely stunning. Looks exactly like the pictures. Beautiful views & excellent service. Would definitely return again.

Had a relaxing time in the hot tub.. it is very nice and hot., pool is very cold so nice on a hot day. Almost like its extra chilled or something. Love the 2 floor pool and hot tub.

Beautiful hotel and grounds, we loved our time spent there. So much to do, water slides, lazy river, lagoon pool. What a great day

Went during the week to get away and had an amazing day. Beautiful pools and the lazy river was perfect. Staff was very attentive and food was good. Nothing like a Bloody Mary in the morning at the pool with friends.

Pool is not heated at all. It says under heated pool it may change sure to temperature. Thats what all pools do! Ive been on heated pools during the winter and it was just that heated. The pool furniture was broken and no bar so you have to walk downstairs to the bar to get a drink. I was told they are too busy to bring it to the 17th floor. It gave low budget not the W experience. Really comfort inn holiday inn. The women bathroom was dirty with broken toilets. I was upset and called downstairs...read more
