We really enjoyed our time here. Kids play park and nice big pool and swim up bar.

We had the best time ! Definitely recommend!

Food and Drinks were great, staff was very friendly, service is slower but understandable on a hot day. The pool is family friendly, so beware of the shallow end if you don't want to be side eyed by the moms and told to move. If your with friends, stick to the deep end it's the undisclosed "adult section" of the pool (I'm a mother so no shade from this comment) but necessary to share for those wanting a kid free zone.

Disclaimer, I've been coming to this hotel for the last 20yrs & love PCI. All the rooms were booked up but I still wanted myself and the birthday boy to freely enjoy ourselves so I figured day passes would help facilitate that. The spa was the best part thats whay I went for worth it!

I had a red eye and 10 hours to kill, so I booked a day pass here. Super easy to check in, and spent the day by the pool. No shower, so plan accordingly.

We went from cruise ship to Tidal Cove, which was the perfect timing to get a lounger for all 3 of us right between the slides and flowrider. I could tell that families were searching for seats closer to noon. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality and amount of food and drinks, bathrooms, and frequency of service from the comfort of our loungers. Yes, great location, beautiful grounds, but the music was too loud to relax, too few pool floaties, food was average, and service was just ok.
