Reserved Pool Lounger

I’ll give a star for the nice bartender who worked hard and the rooftop view. Otherwise this place should not be selling passes. The pool is dirty and the deck is in disrepair. Everything on the roof top including the furniture looks dingy and poorly kept. Only 6 lounge chairs and one broken umbrella. There are more couches and some tables under a shaded area as this place is a night spot and it shows in the wear and tear. Area behind the bar is trashed. Not worth the price and if I were a hotel guest, I would be furious that the few available pool spots are being sold to non-guests. The hotel looks nice but the rooftop is clearly neglected.

Day Pass

Absolutely loved the hotel and the customer service. Pool could use a slight facelift, but you can hardly tell considering what great service you get.

Day Pass

the pool needed a deep clean badly and was small, very expensive food, limited drink options, not a lot of seating. the staff was great! this place is definitely not worth $75

Day Pass

I booked a ResortPass for The Ven at Embassy Row, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from start to finish. The first red flag came as soon as I got off the elevator. Guests have to walk through a dirty, neglected stairwell to access the rooftop, and it was immediately obvious that the property looked nothing like the polished photos online. Once I reached the pool, things only got worse. The pool itself is extremely small and the water was cloudy, with greasy-looking bubbles floating on the surface. To make matters worse, the pool cleaning machine was just left sitting next to the pool and wasn’t removed until a staff member casually came to pick it up about an hour after we arrived. Although the rooftop officially opens at 11:00 a. m. , the bar didn’t open until 3:00 p. m. We left before it even opened. During our entire visit, not a single staff member came by to check on guests or even ask if anyone wanted to purchase water or any other refreshments. The most frustrating part was watching a group of influencers arrive to stage a photoshoot around the pool while paying guests were trying to enjoy the space. It felt like creating content for social media was a higher priority than providing a quality experience for actual customers. Throughout the visit, the staff seemed completely indifferent to the poor condition of the rooftop and the obvious dissatisfaction of the guests. The entire experience fell far short of expectations and did not resemble what is advertised online. The bathroom was also absolutely filthy with rust all over the sink fixtures and countertop. I would not recommend spending money on a ResortPass here unless significant improvements are made to the cleanliness, maintenance, and overall guest service.

Day Pass

It was a busy day so hard to tell what it's like on normal days. The hotel is very trendy and cool. Pool is great, would be nice if there was room for more chairs. Otherwise it's great!

Day Pass

The pool was small but perfect and the front desk and pool staff were excellent. You can park on-sight for a fee. I arrived around 11am and there were an only about a few other adults. There are only about 15 or so lounge chairs so I’m glad I got there early. The chairs were fine, they did have 2 cabanas, but I wouldn’t recommend paying extra to rent them. By 2pm, it was getting packed and no seats were available. Overall, it was a great way to relax on a hot summer day. I highly recommend! The pool floats were a great added touch and the restaurant food was good too. Rooftop Bar opened at 2. There was a shaded area with a few couches and tables to hang out or eat. There was also additional seating in regular chairs around the pool. I will definitely be back!!
