Daybed

️ ️ ️ ️ ️ A Perfect Pool Day at Torrance Marriott Sunday was extremely hot, so a girlfriend and I decided it was the perfect day to get out of the house and have a pool day at the Torrance Marriott. And honestly, it was exactly what we needed! From the moment we checked in, the customer service was excellent. Francisco greeted us and personally showed us where our daybed area was, which was such a nice touch. The pool area had plenty of floaties, making it very family-friendly, but it still had a vibe that adults could enjoy and relax in. We asked Francisco to crank up some tunes and he did just that! The changing and shower room was neat, clean and photo ready. We had champagne, lunch, and just enjoyed being able to lounge and cool off. The wings were really good, and the garlic truffle fries absolutely hit the spot! Later around noon, Scott came by and took great care of us. He kept the margaritas flowing and made sure we had everything we needed including water to keep us hydrated. Overall, it was such an enjoyable, relaxing day. Great service, good food, drinks, a beautiful pool atmosphere, and the perfect way to escape a 100-degree Sunday. Torrance Marriott definitely delivered on the pool-day experience

Day Pass

The staff at the valet, front desk and server for the pool area were all so helpful, professional, and friendly. The pool area was very nice although I wish a bigger portion was in full sun. It’s great that part of it is covered, however…I’ve never seen a pool that was half-and-half…. great concept. This has nothing to do with the professionalism or friendliness of my server, but it took a really long time to get one drink. It needs to be more heavily staffed so that servers are not having to attend and be responsible for multiple areas on their own, and they need to upgrade their payment system so that I could just pay online when I ordered by scanning the QR code. The poor server had to come out with my bill and drink, take my card, walk all the way back to the bar, run the card, and come back out to get my signature. The atmosphere was great and I would definitely go back though!

Premium Cabana

We had a wonderful day at the Torrance. I love that a section of the pool is shaded, as we were there on a hot day. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We had a lovely cabana but there were also plenty of lounge chairs available. It was great to be able to get a nice shower after a day in the pool before heading to the airport. The day exceeded my expectations and I will definitely visit again when I am in town.

Daybed

There was no server or any idea which cabins were ours. I would suggest putting signs up at each Cabana of the person that made tge reservation. Also, it took awhile for our food.
