Day Room

I booked this property through ResortPass expecting the same access to amenities and level of service advertised in the day-pass experience. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. The most frustrating issue was that our access cards repeatedly stopped working throughout the day. We had to make multiple trips to the front desk because the cards would not consistently grant access to the elevator, parking areas, and other amenities. This created unnecessary interruptions and made us feel as though our reservation was not being properly recognized. I was also incorrectly charged for parking. Upon checkout, another staff member informed me that parking should have been complimentary and was unable to explain why I had been charged in the first place. More broadly, the experience left me with the impression that ResortPass guests are treated differently than traditional hotel guests. There was a noticeable level of scrutiny and inconvenience that made it difficult to fully enjoy the amenities I paid for. A day pass should provide a seamless experience, not one where guests repeatedly have to prove they belong on the property. For nearly $100 for a single day visit, I expected a much smoother and more professional experience. ResortPass itself was easy to use, but this property’s handling of day-pass guests fell well below expectations.

Day Pass

The pool water was murky and reeked of chlorine. Poor value for money. My children had hoped to swim but were unable to. Sadly, not a good use of our time or money and a disappointment all around.

I had a 10-hour layover at Atlanta airport, so I searched for day-use hotels and discovered that ResortPass offers dayroom bookings you can reserve instantly through their app. I definitely recommend checking it out for long travel

Day Room

We just needed a place to relax after an early check out until our late flight. This worked out perfectly and was close to the airport with a free shuttle. Only issue I had was the hotel charged me again even though I paid through ResortPass. They refunded me after I called but if I wasn’t paying attention I could have been charged double. Otherwise great stay.
