Day Pass for Two

The process was super seamless. There was so much parking. We checked in and the customer service was unmatched. We were able to get something yummy at the cafe (they have more options than you think). The smoothie was sooo good!! The complimentary drinks were a nice addition. The pool was super chic. We were nervous at first because it was a little smaller than we expected and we were worried there weren’t going to be enough chairs, but it actually worked out perfect. There’s also seating beside the pool so if you needed more space, it’s there too. The area is PERFECT! Also the view is so lovely as well. It’s nice to see a different part of the Baltimore everyone goes to. I will also recommend my family to stay at this hotel in general. The hotel is a super fire boutique hotel. To add, the resortpass thing is such a good idea. It was nice to do something different and it was an easy process!

Day Pass

Highly disappointed, would not recommend. They had umbrellas on the floor and I asked if one can be put up. They said they will send someone. 30 min later , nobody showed up. Asked again. I was told the same thing. After 1h in mid day sun , I decided to do it myself, moved the stand, moved the sand bags , struggled to get the umbrella installed. The level of service is sub par. Definitely overpriced, for the lack of service they offer.

Day Pass for Two

The pool was very small and shallow, with limited space. There were not alot of lounge chairs or umbrellas. There was only one food spot with limited drink and food options all of which required you to leave the pool area and go to the lobby for pick up. There was no wait staff. The parking could've been included with the pass. The plus was use of an indoor pool table with air conditioning but the inside bar was closed. The value of this type of package should have been less than $50 per person. We paid over $200 after taxes and fees. Thank you for the opportunity to write an honest review. JM

We spent a nice day at the pool. It’s a small pool but it didn’t get over crowded so it was great!

Day Pass

The pool area is beautiful, clean, and well maintained, with plenty of comfortable seating and a really nice, relaxed atmosphere. It felt like a little getaway without having to book an overnight stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the entire property was beautiful. The pool pass is a great option if you’re looking for somewhere to spend a summer afternoon, relax by the water, and enjoy a change of scenery. I would definitely recommend it and would come back again!

Day Pass

The pool is tiny and not deep at all. It felt like I was in the kiddie pool but luckily it was not crowded.

Day Pass

Pictures are misleading. Pool is tiny. Very few chairs. Less than 3 feet deep. No poolside snack bar.
