I always love coming to Lylo! The drinks are tasty & food is always good, plus the servers are always so kind. I will say I think the 20% auto gratuity on top of an already pricey menu is a big ridiculous… this is not a resort or a fun pool club, but I’d say it’s worth it every once & a while!!

Daybed for 2

the checkin process was terrible and our server had an attitude the whole time. We spent more than $600 within matter of hours, you’d think the service would be decent, but oh well.

Day Pass + Patio Lounger

We had a great afternoon at the pool at Rise Uptown. It was not too crowded and the staff was incredibly attentive. The food and drinks were great, with a good playlist going at a good volume that allowed for us to still relax and enjoy our conversation. I loved the amount of shade built in, plus the free umbrellas are useful for keeping things cool. I would love to go back.

Day Pass + Poolside Lounger

★★☆☆☆ Unfortunately, this was our most disappointing ResortPass experience. We arrived at opening, and the pool and surrounding seating area were already in very poor condition. There was garbage and debris floating in the pool, including large clumps of hair, and the seating area, tables, chairs, and menus were visibly dirty and unsanitary. There were also no clean towels available and they were unable to provide any new towels. The condition of the pool was especially concerning, and it made it difficult to feel comfortable using the facilities. We ultimately left earlier than planned because the area was not properly maintained. I do want to give credit where it’s due: our server was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely pleasant throughout our short visit. The food and drinks were also good and were not the issue with our experience. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and upkeep of the pool area significantly outweighed the positives and did not feel consistent with the experience we expected. Especially because we have done resort passes here previously which were excellent but after this experience our opinions have changed. I hope management takes this feedback seriously because the location itself has potential, but the pool area needs much better attention to cleanliness

Daybed for 2

Pool was not clean. When trying to leave, server ran our bill and never came back. We waited 20 minutes, and we had to go find someone to close us out, then we saw her leaving. When we arrived we decided to switch to pool chairs from a day bed and the new owner said he would comp us a couple of appetizers for the price difference. I was charged the full amount for the food. This was our 2nd time there and unfortunately we will really have to think about giving it another try.
