50-Minute Split Decision Massage + Enhancements + Pool Access

My massage was incredible. I had hot stones and a creamy lotion. The therapist was very professional and knew what she was doing! I loved the heated table

Great massage and relaxing space! And the pool was cold in mid-August (a win in Houston!)

Poolside Cabana

It was a very relaxing day. The staff was very nice. We were checked on periodically and the pool was a great temp. The sun was beaming so be prepared to have a lot of sunscreen.

Poolside Cabana

The cabanas were not what we expected. They had two chairs and a love seat in them but there wasn’t a comfy place to stretch out.

Poolside Cabana

the pool area is beautiful and transforms you to a place that’s not in the middle of a city. The cabana experience, not at all the vibe. we arrived and we told pick an area. The cabana are isolated from the pool area which can be good, but just as a reference. They are dates furniture, rusted fixtures, an old tv. After we picked an area our server brought menus. That is where the service essentially stopped. Although friendly, the service was non existent. We had to go to the bar several times to order or remind of the order, food was cold, and dishes sat at our cabana all day. The complimentary fruit tray quickly melted into a pool of fruit and again, sat there all day. All in all a disappointing cabana day.

Poolside Cabana

I booked a resort pass for this hotel for the day we were supposed to check out a few months ago and we had a blast—the music was great, the drinks were delicious and the service was prompt. Unfortunately, that seems to be an anomaly. We went yesterday and there were no frozen options available even thought it was literally 95 degrees out because capacity was less than 50%—is a blender too much to pull out?! This makes no sense. It made even less sense because of the 10 people there, 5 wanted froze. Keilan, our waitress was great, but I guess because of the capacity they sent her home, leaving an older brunette who never came to check on us and a bartender whose specialty seemed to be weak drinks. After waiting forever for the brunette to come take our order, I walked over to the bartender and placed an order myself. He said the drinks would be coming and promptly disappeared. When I went back to the bar 20 minutes later (I have a cabana rental btw and so shouldn’t have to got to the bar) the brunette assured me he hadn’t forgotten but had gone on an ice run. 20 MINUTES later I go back to bar, to discover he had in fact forgotten. Overall still love Zaza’s restaurant and their hotel, but I would only come back to the pool if we were already staying there. The 2 stars are for the ambience. I’m on the lookout for a new adults only pool with vibes—this isn’t it.

50-Minute Split Decision Massage + Enhancements + Pool Access

Very, very nice experience. The staff was warm and welcoming, the massage relaxing. The pool area is beautiful and there was food and bar service on a Thursday. No need to rent a cabana — plenty of deck loungers all with umbrellas.

50-Minute Split Decision Massage + Enhancements + Pool Access

The massage was fantastic! The pool area was exceptionally crowded, though, and it did not have adequate seating, so get there very early if using the pool is part of your plan.
