Military Day Pass

Our family had resort passes to about 5 resorts while in Key West for two weeks. The very best location (and the one my kids liked the most) was Hilton Garden Inn. Very friendly staff, great facilities, and terrific price. We ended up coming to the Garden Inn the most during our stay.

Day Pass

Very nice and clean! Pool water was warm and comfortable temp. Big pool! Didn’t use the hot tub but looked nice. Great tiki bar by pool - nice bartender - good drinks and wings! Towels provided. Will definitely go back!!

Day Pass

We need a quick change after the beach in Key West so we selected the cheapest RP in the area. Staff were completely uninformed about the program and didn’t give us a pass key to the bathroom. The bartender graciously did so for us. There was a pool, and only an outdoor shower and two large bathrooms with electrical outlets, and there were pool towels, so we made do. Pool area was relatively clean. Parking ample and fee.

Cabana

This hotel pool is clean and nice. It was not a party scene by any means but a nice quiet day. The staff was a bit unaware of the Resortpass but was super helpful and figured it out after a bit. The pool does not look nearly as big as the photos, it was clearly a select angle with a wide angle lens. It was nice though and a good value if you want a clean pool with a family feel.

Day Pass

Was ok. The cool thing is you can use all 4 hotels that are associated with the Hilton in Key West however, there were some issues. When we checked in, no one really knew much about the resort pass. The pool was not heated, as an advertised. I purchased a day bed, and we did not get one, and it was $5 more per person.

Daybed

Hot tub was out of service. Bartender was rude. Cushions were soaking wet. Drinks were way over priced for the thimble we received. Staff wasnt aware of resortpass so other people were using cabanas that we had to pay for.
