Layover Pass

Super clean and relaxing lounge experience! The lockers were awesome and provided a secure space to store large and small luggage if you wanted to wander off property for a length of time. The private shower/restroom was also a great addition. Super convenient and clean to have access to after a long layover!

Layover Pass

Everything i needed for an enjoyable layover of 11 hours. Most of the resort passes near LAX do not offer showers, but the Hilton does so that was a game changer. The pool is next to a major construction site with loud cranes hovering above so the pool was not an option.

Layover Pass

The customer service was the worst we have ever experienced. They gave us no information, wifi, pool access etc. staff didn’t know how to use the lockers. The pool area is very sad. We cut our time short because of this. Best part was the shuttle driver to the airport

Perfect for a long layover. Mostly hung poolside. Also a Great rooftop to watch the planes fly in and out. Great front desk staff.

Layover Pass

Staff was responsive to questions and requests, including having the shower room cleaned and restocked. No dishes/mugs, no microwave, no tea/coffee in transfer lounge. Pool was closed (no notice, just a sign posted upon arrival) but they sent me next door to the Sheraton’s. Lockers and transport were good, once you know what you’re doing.

Layover Pass

Perfect spot to stop after a busy LA day. Fit into our schedule so that we could enjoy all the day had to offer, but still get cleaned up and rested before our redeye flight. Clean shower (locker room style) with shared lounge space. There was even a shuttle to the airport. Would recommend!

Layover Pass

I did not have a good experience. Getting checked in was a hassle because the girl at the counter had no idea what I was talking about with this pass. I even handed her my phone to see the confirmation email and she still had no idea. Finally after quite a few minutes of her just staring at my phone she asked her co-worker who explained it to her. That alone isn’t a big deal. But I got up there and realized they didn’t give me any info on WiFi. I called to get it figured out. Then when it came to use the restroom and take a shower (that was the real reason why I booked this. ) They were out of hand soap at the sink and body soap in the shower. The hand washing sink did not work. I had to use the shower to wash my hands after using the restroom. There were several used towels on the floor. Only one towel I was confident in being unused/clean which is what I used. Luckily I had my own soap. I expected more. The broken sink and no soap at the sink nor shower was ridiculously bad. Oh, and the mini fridge did not work either.

Day Room (H Hotel Side)

We got a day pass here to grab some sleep after a 16-hour flight from Sydney. Unfortunately, we didn't know that the hotel rooms have an A/C system that shuts off if there's no motion in the room (like, you know, if people are sleeping?). It was brutally and bizarrely hot and humid in LA (never felt it like that before), so having the A/C shut itself off as we tried to catch up on sleep was a nightmare. If we'd known about this "feature" in advance, we'd have booked elsewhere. Otherwise, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and check-in (when we fiinally got to the hotel from LAX) was easy. The hotel shuttle missed us (drove past) on its first lap by us, but we were able to pick it up 20 minutes later. We didn't get a chance to try the restaurant, but the menu looked great.

Layover Pass

Perfect for having a quiet workspace for a few hours. The lounge area is designed for resting and having quiet time, and don't expect that like an airport lounge with food and drinks served. Wifi speed is fast for me to have meetings and watch videos. The hotel has amenities and restaurants in tje lobby to get food. The fitness room is open for use too. Having a shower after an early morning flight is an amazing feeling. The staff members there were welcoming and professional. The lounge does not have hot water but there are filter water machine, a microwave, and a small fridge. The luggage storage space is spacious. I will definitely come back. Hope others find my review helpful.
