Day Pass

I love that the Hyatt includes their amazing gym. I didn't use it, but walked around, and was impressed. I wish they'd been poolside service, it was have elevated the experience. I had to walk into the bar, which felt a little tired. Thec drinks were average. pool need more shade!!!!

Day Pass

My visit was nice. I decided to take my adult daughter to the Grand Hyatt to enjoy the pool and have a couple of cold beverages to cool off and relax for her birthday. Unfortunately, there was an inconvenience when ordering from the pool. The hotel informed us that the pool bar was permanently closed. We had to either wait 1 hour for a drink (with a service charge added), or walk down to the bar. Not our idea of a relaxing birthday daycation.

Day Pass

My partner and I did a last minute trip to the Hyatt Pool with day pass on 4th of July and it was the most relaxing day. The bartender was amazing, and attentive to all our needs.

Resort pass for the win! We were in San Antonio for a few days but wanted to take a day away from the craziness of Sea World and Aquatica. It was a hot day and our Airbnb didnt have a pool so we set out to look for options. We found the Grand Hyatt at the Riverwalk on Resort Pass and were able to make a fun day out of it for the adults and kids! We opted for the TopGolf happy hour package and then headed to the pool. The TopGolf simulator had lots of fun games from golf to zombie dodgeball! After we finished we headed up to the roof and spent the rest of the day in the pool. The pool is not anything super special but it gets the job done. There are also yard games that you can play and great views. Property is across from the River Center mall. Parking at the hotel is a bit pricey, but other garages in the vicinity provide excellent more cost effective options. If you want to keep the party going, you can take a stroll along the River Walk. Would highly recommend!

Day Pass

There was only one umbrella at the pool but a shaded area for 10 possibly. Pool bar isn’t open during the week and a call from inside needs to be made to order food and drinks. The wait to check in took some time as computers issues were occurring. Overall, the servers at the pool were accommodating.

Fun experience and great variety of virtual games. My favorite being the carnival games. Excellent food and drink service from Bar Rojo. Everything made better by the friendly staff!
