Very underwhelming. The steam room smelled like mold, I sat in the sauna for 15 mins. The cold plunge was non existent.

60-Minute Signature Massage + Spa Pass

My massage was great. My husbands was disappointing. The facilities are nice, but very small. We were lucky to be the only guests there. If there were other patrons, we would have felt uncomfortable sharing such small spaces. No fruit water in the lounge area was a silly mistake on their part. There’s lots of ways they can do better.

SPAugust Special: 60-Minute Signature Massage for Two + Spa Access

They didn’t book us with a male and female masseuse as we had requested, and confirmed over the phone. They weren’t apologetic at all about the mix up.

Couples Spa Pass

The zero gravity chairs in the salt room were so relaxing. The spa facility is clean and is a perfect way to spend a couple hours relaxing in the city.

Couples Spa Pass

Other reviews are accurate, it’s decent for a day experience but definite flaws too. As a nice bonus with our day pass we were able to use their gym as well which had a nice view. Amenities limited.

Spa Pass

Overall, I had a a nice relaxing experience. I've gotten massages here before, so I was familiar with the spa. This time, I opted for the day pass to enjoy a fitness + recovery experience. The description on ResortPass was inaccurate as it stated that it included access to the fitness center (hotel gym). However, the spa staff mentioned they do not have card access to the fitness center. They mentioned I could go up and see if it was open. It wasn't, but I was able to catch someone leaving and get a workout in before heading back down to the spa. It would have been great it the Exhale studio was open, but I understand their concern with leaving it unstaffed. The description also mentioned contrast therapy, which I learned was no was no longer offered as of a week prior. Apparently, Exhale had updated the description/offer, but I never received any notification from ResortPass of it. The locker room is bright and clean, and the staff regularly removes old towels and replaces them. There is one shower and one toilet, but there were no issues with wait time. The atmosphere is relaxing, with dim lighting and calming music. The hamman provided gentle heat (stays around 85-degrees) and the dry sauna get up to 195-degrees. I would love it if they had an infrared sauna, so if they don't bring back the snow room and/or some type of other cold therapy, maybe they can invest in that.

Spa Pass

It was an okay experience, the staff weren’t that helpful. They were very nice, not rude, but they didn’t even know how to work the equipment so I didn’t get a chance to even do the 20-minute recovery experience the pass includes because I couldn’t figure out how to work the equipment and the staff didn’t seem too enthused to help. Very nice spa, however, and for $30 not a bad deal but I don’t think I’ll be coming back with so many options in NYC.
