Cabana

This resort is spectacular. The pool is incredible, the cabana service was good, and the food was fantastic. Nothing to complain about here, it was a splurge, the price tag is not cheap, but we were happy we did it. Also, we came with our three small children (ages 7, 4 and 1), and weren't scoffed at or made to feel uncomfortable. In fact, they brought toys for our kids to play with. There were also several other families with small kids. Nevertheless, the pool is large enough where it's still peaceful and serene. You will find your calm here. And your only regret will be that eventually you have to leave. Being that this hotel costs $3000 per night on average, I thought a cabana/full pool day for half that price was fair. I would do it again.

Cabana

The hotel tried to cancel our reservation after booking because of their capacity, but after emailing back and forth, we were able to keep our $1000 reservation. The service was fine but not 100%

Wow. What an amazing experience. The property is beyond stunning. The pool was perfect, my kids played in it for hours, and then you are basically surrounded by the ocean. It was magical and I would absolutely do it again. A real highlight of our trip to Puerto Rico.

Cabana

Visited this resort twice. Our first visit was quiet and relaxing and the staff offered us treats throughout the day (cold fresh coconuts with rum and ice cream bars at no charge) and were very attentive. Our second visit had many families with small children making it difficult to relax and the noise level was quite loud. Service was a bit slower on this visit as the staff were very busy and they ran out of the treats that were handed out on the first visit. Several children were swimming in the heated adult only pool with no staff intervention. The cabana was the most comfortable we have ever experienced and the staff brought water and fresh towels when needed. Cocktails were well made but be aware a frozen drink does cost approx $38-41. 00. The staff offered us 2 cocktails at no charge in place of the bottle of wine if we chose and chips with guacamole in place of the fruit plate if we liked. Parking is valet only at approximately $36. 00 for the day. Upon arrival to the resort you must check in with security as this is a gated exclusive resort for guests only, so be sure to have proof of your reservation (once you book your reservation with resort pass you should get an email from their restaurant COA booking you for a “null” 11am reservation which means your cabana was confirmed). Both times we booked breakfast at COA prior to our cabana booking and it was excellent (but again cost for two is approx $100. 00). The facilities were clean however there was quite a bit of bird feces all over the pool area and lounge chairs both visits. There are outdoor showers to rinse before leaving.
