Day Pass

This was my first time using a resort pass and I wish I had done it sooner! Casa Laguna hotel was not only beautiful, and so relaxing it was truly a beautiful afternoon. We were met by friendly staff checking in, and had the absolute best experience meeting Kimmy, who treated my daughter and I very special making us feel pampered with drink recommendations and making us tasty appetizers! The pool overlooking the ocean was so serene we felt like we were on vacation for a few hours! I highly recommend Casa Laguna Hotel, for a pool day or spa pool day and get pampered by Kimmy who went above and beyond for not only us, but all guests out by the pool and on the grounds.

Old school elegance. We really enjoyed it, until the bill came. We were overcharged by 50% ($100) for the poolside services; but management quickly stepped in and corrected it later that evening Large gratuity had been added by server and drinks not ordered or received, had been added. I don’t think it was the hotel, more likely a server looking for generous tips. She never even showed us our tab, we got it at the front desk. Otherwise 5 stars

10/10!! From the moment I stepped onto the property I felt so relaxed and welcomed. Poolside they offer complimentary frozen fruit, fresh damp towels with lavender, and chips and guac. Service was attentive and warm and really completed the whole experience. Highly recommend for a staycation and will be back!

Day Pass

Spent the day working from home with my best friend visiting from out of town. Check in was easy, Kimmie was SO nice and so cool. We enjoyed a quiet afternoon with drinks, floating in during our breaks, and we even got to have a crispy Diet Coke and flatbread poolside. Will be back!

Could not believe how relaxing it was! The moment you step on the property, it’s tranquil, colorful, timeless. Check in was easy, they knew my name with no ID. The sky was cloudless, the pool warm, the breeze cool, the flatbread delicious. It was a day in the South of France without the airports and taxis. Kimmie was a sweetheart, the few other guests cordial and quiet. I read and swam blissfully all afternoon.

Day Pass

We had a lovely pool day here, the view of the ocean was beautiful and weather was perfect in mid August. The pool was heated to 82 degrees and was on the smaller size but well maintained. We ordered the burrata salad which was fantastic and the chips and guac which came with a ton of chips. Drinks were also good!
