Service was terrible, and the pool was dirty. For a day pass, I'd pick another spot next time.

Day Pass

Lovely day but lounge chairs need upgrading. The setting is beautiful and the servers couldn't have been nicer on one of the hottest days we have seen in a while. The pool is lovely and quite large which makes it nice and enjoyable. That said, we simply couldn't get cool because the umbrellas are outdated and small and don't tilt. Also, I ended up with pretty severe neck pain from the uncomfortable loungers. For a four-star resort, the loungers should be upgraded somewhat with some sort of cushioning. All that said, the personnel were lovely and the resort was quite clean and well maintained. An equipment upgrade would go a long way. The floats were a nice touch for adults and children alike!

Family Pass

nt desk hostess was amazing and very helpful . outdoor attendant however were not. Not once did she come to ask me if I wanted anything , menu, drinks, anything. She walked several times right past me even locking eyes. I went inside restaurant to grab a pool menu. I went to the outdoor bar to order a drink and food with her. She came back 15 mins later and got my drink wrong. She came back several minutes after and brought the right drink. I thanked her and she didn’t say a thing and roller her eyes. A gentleman brought my small meal afterwards. My husband and son finally arrived after 3 hours in traffic. Attendant still never came by to service us at all and continued to walk right past us. We went to the outdoor bar again to close tab and order a sprite and the same non-alcoholic drink. We were at the Daybed with white canopy, closest to the enclosed jacuzzi. We stayed all night til about 10pm. Overall we really enjoyed our time and will definitely be back. I don’t remember the attendants name but she had a ponytail and sunglasses. Thank you

Cabana

Booked a cabana at the pool ans a service on a saturday for a Bachelorette party recently. Staff was definitely out numbered in the pool, however they still killed and and I hope they got tipped well for their efforts. The only real complaint that we have, was the complimentary fruit "platter". As you can see from the photo its absolutely laughable. The described platter that was to serve (4) people consisted or (2) unpeeled / uncut bananas. (1) uncut apple (1) bundle of grapes that looked like it was taken from someone else's leftovers and thrown on our plate. It was especially disturbing when we found a piece of Prosciutto stuck to one of the grapes which pretty much confirmed our leftovers suspicion.
