Wellness Escape with Friends | Connection & Harmony in Isla Mujeres

We had such a great experience! Everything felt very all-inclusive from start to finish, including the boat ride, which was right on time, quiet, peaceful, and very serene. The massage was fantastic and honestly one of the highlights of the experience. They used lots of heated towels, aromatherapy, and an adjustable heated massage bed that made everything extremely comfortable. The massage itself was excellent, and the hydrotherapy afterward was really, really nice. The experience also included breakfast or lunch, and both were fantastic. The food was fresh, delicious, and definitely added to the overall value. The property and beach were beautiful as well. The water was clear with very little seaweed, so we were able to dip our toes in and enjoy the water. Overall, this was a fantastic experience and better than many other resorts we’ve visited. Between the relaxing boat ride, amazing massage and hydrotherapy, great food, and beautiful setting, I would highly recommend it!

All-Inclusive Day Pass

This is a very small and very beautiful property. The service was good however, the food and beverage was not as good as I would expect from this caliber of hotel. Nothing bad, but nothing great either. For the price, even for an all inclusive day pass, I’m not sure it was worth the money. Also, it may have just been a fluke, but when we arrived, they could not find our ResortPass booking, and we spent 20 or 25 minutes at the lobby desk having to show our proof of payment multiple times, etc. we purchased it more than a week in advance.

Spa Pass

I really enjoyed my day here and definitely would come back! It was very quiet and there were only about 20-30 other guests. The food was delicious, and there were plenty of options to choose from for the day. The staff were all very kind and welcoming. It wasn’t pretentious but it was very serene, and I was treated like a guest. The only small disappointment was that I wasn’t told until after I’d begun using the spa that I could only use the spa facilities for a total of 90 minutes. 90 minutes was plenty of time, however, it was a bit disappointing that I had already begun using that time without my knowledge because I felt like I had to then continue hanging out in the spa before doing other things in order to get my money’s worth. Also, you can only store your belongings in the spa lockers until 5pm—also not a huge deal, but just something to be aware of. As for the beach, the beds looked nice enough, but perhaps not worth the extra cost unless you wanted the curtains specifically. You could just as easily move two lounge chairs closer together if you wanted to be closer to your travel partner. There were some elements of the hotel that already looked a bit worn, but overall it was still a beautiful resort. All in all I would definitely go back!
