Pool Pass

The staff were amazing. They’re the only reason it’s not a 1 star. The pool was NOT heated, it also needed to be cleaned. There were straws and other things floating around in it. The pool bar was closed, but the kicker was the HOT TUB WAS CLOSED. The hot tub was mostly the reason we got day passes. I was very disappointed that we were charged full price for limited access. 3-5 of the amenities that were listed were not available or accessible. Very disappointed with the app for not updating us. We wouldn’t have booked this day pass.

Pool Pass

My experience at this location was absolutely amazing! Not only was the staff welcoming, professional, and friendly, but the premises/pool was everything it promised. It will certainly not be the last time that I visit the Intercontinental Hotel or use Resort Pass.

Cabana

The pool, the cabana, the staff where all just lovely. Did not realiuze there was a $100 spend minimum in addition to the resort pass costs. I love the concept of the resort pass, but would much prefer a typical "day pass" rather than having to choose from one of two 4 hour chunks of time or pay double. My two cents.

Pool Pass

Pool is great I am a little disappointed in ResortPass and all the fees that have been added on. I’ve been a user for years and you just keep getting more and more expensive.

Cabana

Disappointing is an understatement. This was a birthday surprise for my sister. I booked the Cabana that included valet parking. The shenanigans started at valet. Upon arrival to valet parking we were ignored and overlooked as 3 valet attendants were there. 2 of them were assisting another guest and the other one stood by the door looking at us. After waiting for about 5 minutes to be acknowledged, my sister asked if someone could park or car. The response was, I thought you may have been here to pick up someone as if we were Uber. We get to the Cabana which was beautiful and began to enjoy our experience. When attempting to get back into the hotel we found the door was locked. There was no access back into the building. We are 2 ladies in a secluded pool area with another gentleman with no way to leave. We called and someone came to open the door after about 10 minutes and was shocked to see the door locked only to also get locked out with us. My sister suffers from Vertigo and was panicked in the heat in the middle of August. They proceeded to call maintenance to fix the broken lock. The food and beverage manager did come and apologize and brought a fruit tray along with champagne which was a nice gesture. When reserving the Cabana during the week, there's a 100. 00 minimum requirement to purchase food and beverages. We placed an order for a flatbread pizza to start. After an hour wait, we called to check on the status of our order only to be told there was a mix up with our order. We were the only 2 people at the pool. The manager attempted once again to rectify the issue and we were brought out the wrong order. This experience was a disaster. Resort pass is an awesome concept but we definitely chose the wrong resort.

Pool Pass

The pool is great and the same as I remember. I had major surgery last year and this year so I have not been able to do ResortPass for the past two years so this was a return to a regular location for me. I am extremely disappointed the price went up from 45 to 65 without any major additions or new amenities.

60-minute Body Scrub + Pool Pass

This was my second visit to the Intercontinental. The staff remembered me and greeted me with a warm welcome! I couldn’t wait to slip into the plush, comfy robe and relax. I had a 60 min body scrub followed by a poolside lunch. I highly recommend this experience for anyone looking to recharge and relax.
