Had a great time. From arrival to departure, things were easy. Had access to all pools, towels, bars, restaurants and bathrooms. The pool was perfect for my two kids (2 and 5 years old). We were able to get chairs and umbrellas without any issue. Our server, Keyla, was AMAZING! She was super friendly and helpful. We actually came back to visit a second day during our trip because of her! My daughter was calling her prima by the end of the day (cousin). Truly a great and easy day with kids.   

Great Place for families with little ones! 

I had booked a day pass definitely worth it. Staff was great and very attentive. Kayla was the best A+ service to her. The only thing I would say the hot tub was cloudy. Pools needed more cleaning.Food was really good get the Yuca fries super yummy. Drinks were on point definitely would go back and stay a few nights. 

Amazing location great service! 

Having been to other resorts in PR, this one was disappointing. Photos definitely make it seem larger. I was actually shocked and thought we were at the wrong place. I had to check my email and reconfirm that we drove to the correct place. The beach is very far away from the entrance so I don't recommend coming for beach access also many public beaches (in other words...free) are nicer anyway. There is only one bar and service is slow. Some bait and switch with the 'day pass and lunch' so use caution when ordering your lunch as we were definitely stuck with some unanticipated charges from the things that weren't covered by the ResortPass and no one told us about or "weren't aware of"...

it was nice easy to get too went early so i had the pool all to myself working in the food industry the prices for food and drinks is ridiculous for the mid at best food they serve i know inflation is a thing but nah too much i recommend people bring snacks even if they say otherwise other than that good place
