We booked a stay due to a long duration after our cruise until our flight home. We arrived early and staff was able to accommodate getting us into a room early. It was so nice to have space to rest. We didn't visit the pool but it looked really nice. We had to wait in the lobby for the airport shuttle and it was nice; the front desk helped us when the shuttle was delayed.

Relax for the Day

We needed a place to relax while waiting for a flight.  This was perfect! 

Comfortable day!

Having somewhere to drop our bags, have a shower and leave to shop while we waited for a late flight after getting off cruise at 8:30am was great. Not an eleborate hotel but a great option for our needs. I will def advise others that this is an option if flight times are too far apart from disembarkation. 

Day pass after cruise

We were looking for something to do after we got off our cruise before our flight and it was suggested to try a day room. This was perfect. Staff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We didnt go to the pool just relaxed and took a nap. There wasnt anything around to go shopping or anything but we were ok with that. We had food delivered also. 

Great way to kill time before our flight

Purchased a day room pass to wait for the night flight and it was so worth it. Bed & pillows are dreamy and comfortable! 

Comfort

Thank you for your service it was very relaxing except being close to the street traffic. After 6 days on a cruise ship and had to wait 7 hours for our flight this was the perfect daycation spot. 

Great Service 

The room was clean and beds were sooo comfy. Our room keys stoped working on our way back from the pool and we have to make a trip to the front desk to get them recoded. The pool area was okay. There were two umbrellas to use. We sat under one and the wind blew it over on us and into the pool. We pulled it out and closed it up to avoid another mishap. The photo online is staged nicely. It was pretty much your average hotel pool. 

Okay for the day

Front desk attendant was very friendly and welcoming to sit in the breakfast area until the pool was open.  My partner wasn't happy about me not reserving a room for the day and wanted to leave.  We might've stayed an hour at the reservation as I repacked our suitcases.  We changed our flights and left.  The front desk thanked us for staying with them. I cannot give anymore stars as I didn't really use the resort.

Didnt Stay All Day

My sister and myself booked with Resort Pass to use this facility seeing that our flight was leaving later in the day, as we just disembarked from the cruise ship. We were disappointed as the picutres on the website look nothing like the real thing. Our understanding was the pool area would have changed rooms to shower and get ready to fly back home. WE also were the understanding that there was a restaurant all in the same area so you could get out of the pool and grab a drink or a bite to eat, but this is located on the main floor and pool is on the 3rd floor. Also it rained most of the morning and when we went up to see if we can use the facilities everything was too wet  and would have taken too much time to dry up. So much rain that the pool was overflowing . I know that is not mother nature's fault but pictures can de deceiving. I will soak up the costs and move on. Thanks V Erskine        

Pictures were different

We needed a place to spend the day after our cruise ended and our flight left. We didnt want to spend a lot of money, so this hotel was fine for what we needed. The hotel main desk staff was helpful and stowed our bags, got us ice, and showed us where things were. (The concierge was almost comically UNhelpful and seemed bothered that we interrupted his phone time) 
The pool was clean and there were chairs and an umbrella available (there were some that were broken but we found working ones). There were also towels available and the shuttle to the airport was very nice - a comfortable van with a very helpful driver. 
Be advised that the pool overlooks a parking deck and a seedier motel and you will hear the sounds of traffic and sirens as you swim. 

Fine for what we needed
