Front desk attendant was very friendly and welcoming to sit in the breakfast area until the pool was open.  My partner wasn't happy about me not reserving a room for the day and wanted to leave.  We might've stayed an hour at the reservation as I repacked our suitcases.  We changed our flights and left.  The front desk thanked us for staying with them. I cannot give anymore stars as I didn't really use the resort.

Didnt Stay All Day

My sister and myself booked with Resort Pass to use this facility seeing that our flight was leaving later in the day, as we just disembarked from the cruise ship. We were disappointed as the picutres on the website look nothing like the real thing. Our understanding was the pool area would have changed rooms to shower and get ready to fly back home. WE also were the understanding that there was a restaurant all in the same area so you could get out of the pool and grab a drink or a bite to eat, but this is located on the main floor and pool is on the 3rd floor. Also it rained most of the morning and when we went up to see if we can use the facilities everything was too wet  and would have taken too much time to dry up. So much rain that the pool was overflowing . I know that is not mother nature's fault but pictures can de deceiving. I will soak up the costs and move on. Thanks V Erskine        

Pictures were different

We needed a place to spend the day after our cruise ended and our flight left. We didnt want to spend a lot of money, so this hotel was fine for what we needed. The hotel main desk staff was helpful and stowed our bags, got us ice, and showed us where things were. (The concierge was almost comically UNhelpful and seemed bothered that we interrupted his phone time) 
The pool was clean and there were chairs and an umbrella available (there were some that were broken but we found working ones). There were also towels available and the shuttle to the airport was very nice - a comfortable van with a very helpful driver. 
Be advised that the pool overlooks a parking deck and a seedier motel and you will hear the sounds of traffic and sirens as you swim. 

Fine for what we needed 

The hotel was nice and clean, pool was OK, bed was comfortable and the staff very nice. Only real drawback is not with the hotel, but the lack of things around it. Otherwise we will be back next time stopping through Fort Lauderdale. 

Clean Hotel

Lobby was nice and clean. They had food in lobby to buy. They held our luggage in a locked room. The pool and bathrooms were clean. Only complaint they needed more lounge chairs and Shade at pool. We used the free shuttle to the airport. Very convenient. Was perfect for what we needed for a few hours.

Nice staff and facility for a few hours b4 flight

Easy stay , checked in at 11 and they checked us out at 5 on the dot no complaints over all good.

to airport. however pool very small. towels scratchy. no proper changing facilities except a bathroom. shower not working outside only foot wash so had to be in chlorine for plane ride home

Perfect place to land for a gap in time, while waiting for your flight.  Quiet, clean, good customer service, free shuttle to airport.  Great value for money.  Lastly, the pool was very nice. I will visit again.

Room quality was good, we enjoyed the pool for a couple of hours too. Great service.
