The pool was very nice. Not too small and not very crowded. We went at 1pm on a Monday so I'm not sure how crazy the weekends get. The surrounding neighborhood is very nice. 

Great Location Medium Size Pool 

I needed to stay in Nashville for a few hours to kill time and I live 40 miles north and had been in Franklin earlier so I worked from the W Nashville and used Resort Pass to book it! Great afternoon with mocktails, people watching and lunch if I wanted it.  
Highly recommend!

Weather issue

I booked the cabana for a day. Make sure you read the bullet points, $1000 spending minimum for a weekend day pass. What they don't tell you is that with your $1000 spending limit you will be spending $1500 minimum. Over $200 for gratuity and $300 in taxes and fees. We waited over 20 minutes for a cocktail that you could hardly taste the alcohol. Food options were non impressive for this high end cabana. In addition the cabana was messy, no towel service, no water service unless requested. Management was rude. Cant even play basic song requests and the entire staff could care less over the poor experience which means people are dumbly paying their high prices. I caution you to not get suckered into this scam!

Great location, great service 

It was cute! Unfortunately ended up being  cold and windy that day so we didnt spend much time there. My only word of advice is to check the weather frequently and cancel if the weather looks questionable. (must do the day before by 9am Nashville time). We got mimosas at the bar, which were good! Overall the staff were very friendly. One down side was that they were doing minor construction by the pool desk, setting up a dj stand. That was a tad annoying as I was trying to relax and power tool sounds are not very chill. 

Cute experience 

The location is lovely and it could have been great. But they overbooked. We arrived at 11am and no lounge chairs were available until 2:25pm. The staff was very nice and apologetic but it wasn't a great situation. We ordered food and the hamburger was absurd. The patty was like a little overcooked, hard breakfast sausage that spent too long in the microwave. Fortunately, the waiter replaced it. Though when my friend asked if this was a mistake or this is what the burgers usually look like, he said it looked right to him. It was inedible. The chicken sandwich and the burrata sandwich were good though. 

The pool is supposed to be heated but probably wasn't. It was too cold for my friend, but I was okay.

Nice vibe, service lacking

Arrived at around 1030 on a Sunday and stayed until 4. Front desk let me store my luggage which was super helpful. Pool staff were nice and attentive. Lots of towels and complimentary sunscreen. Pool was definitely cold - Im not convinced it was heated at all but I guess you could say refreshing? Awesome poolside tunes (mix of funk, Italian, and other similar - good bouncy vibe but not a rave).  Would go back.
