Hidden gem in LA! A really nice retreat for a warm afternoon. The pool was pretty and there was a lovely atmosphere 

Perfect Pool Day 

The Cabana was good for keeping our things in one place and the DJ and pool setting made it super relaxing!

Relaxing Ambiance 

When we checked in, we were told that our name would be on the cabana so we'd know which one was ours.  No, they all just say reserve, but no name.  No one could help us bc everyone is working for STK (food and bev for the pool).  Whoever the pool person is that works at the hotel was never there...it took forever to get a remote for the TV, forever to get water, never got SPF bc she disappeared.  It was fine, just don't expect much.

Fend for Yourselves

Parking sucks so plan to pay extra for that. Service wasn't super fast but the prices for happy hour food were great! The pool is warm and refreshing. We had a great time spending a day in the cabana. There were plenty of lounge chairs available when we wanted to sit in the sun.

Great place, the big plus the staff. Everybody so helpful, kind. They doing everything to make you happy. 

Exceptional staff 

It was a good experience and a nice day at the W Hotel pool, but I was led to believe we'd have dedicated lounge chairs with the cabana. We were supposed to have sunscreen and a safe, but none were there. Check-in at the front desk was easy and smooth.  There was no staff to answer our questions upon arrival at the pool. When they came around we were told they were short-staffed.  The staff that was present were attentive and very nice.  The pool is small so I'm glad it wasn't too busy because it could have easily been a crowded nightmare.  Around 3 pm most everyone left the pool area and it was nice and quiet and lounge chairs were almost all open.  The staff did a great job of cleaning up the used towels,  and brought towels to us - we never had to ask for any.  Both the food and drinks were good.  I suggest waiting until 3 pm though to order food and cocktails as that is when Happy Hour starts and cocktails go from $21 to $9.  All in all it was a nice day spent relaxing at a pool.
