Peaceful pool area with plenty of lounging options. Friendly Staff. Complimentary self park was a great perk! 

The Hills Hotel

Excellent customer service, super nice staff. Smaller hotel, smaller pool, but completely enjoyed having a less crowded area to relax. Music, bar and bbq menu available on weekends. The food was yummy! 

Hidden Gem

The Hills hotel pool is smaller than I imagined. However, we went on a Monday so now much people used it. We had a great 5 hours at the pool, jacuzzi, & napping pool side. It would be perfect if theres hot foods, snacks and drinks not from the vending machine.  Bathroom would be nice to have in the pool area. The check in staff initially did not provide us a key so I was not able to get back to the pool after changing in the inside bathroom. Service at the lobby was very slow. I did not feel welcomed. 

Great pool

Convenient for a quick, cheap pool trip in south county. The actual hotel is absolutely nothing fancy. Nice staff. Will probably be back when the beach is too crowded.

Convenient

I would more than likely give this a 2 star review if it weren't for the very nice greeting at the front desk and the server that came out to take our food/drink order and his prompt polite service.  The pool is not heated, the hot tub was nice and hot but everything all around was less than. The towels were like small rags, the 5 lounge chairs were dirty.  They have this artificial grass out by the pool area that is just not nice. For my purpose, it worked because I just was craving a hot tub day.  Other than that, chances of going back are highly unlikely. 

Nice people work there.

This place is scamming people. They stole photos from another hotel and are conning customers into this lie. Do not waste your time. There's caution tape on the hot tub, no real pool towels. The seats are stained and disgusting. No shade. There are no cabanas. Food and alcohol is closed most of the time. It's hideous and empty. No one is there because it's a terrible experience. They are stealing your money and taking advantage of you. Do not fall for it. Resort Pass I am asking you to remove this hotel from your app. It makes you look bad.

Pool was smaller than expected, but staff was very nice. 

Not The Best

The pictures are very deceptive. There are no cushions on the chairs, the lounge chairs are stained, broke down, there is no shade at all, the pool is small, the jacuzzi is broken, no poolside service, no outside food however there were wrappers, chips, candy and crackers in the floor. check in process was a mess. *they could add some umbrellas, offer bottled water at check in. Open the lounge/restaurant for service. 

Disappointed 

The photos misrepresent this resort. There was no shade, weathered lounge chairs, no food or drink services, small pool, non functional jacuzzi. No amenities.
