Umvelt—a German word reflecting our sensory connection to the environment—is Montana’s first modern bathhouse, located in downtown Bozeman's historic 1936 Fred Willson building. Inspired by global traditions like the Slavic Banya and Roman Thermae, our contrast therapy circuit champions the social sauna re-emergence. Designed by futurestudio, the immersive space emphasizes light and texture. Umvelt is locally owned by a passionate Bridger Bowl skier.
