Girls Day Cabana Style 

We loved our experience at the lounger at thunder valley. It was super easy to check in at the spa. After that, we were directed to the towel service area and they showed us to our lounger and brought us towels and water. Since we were the only lounger booked today, they let us choose which one we preferred.  The loungers were comfy and our server was nice and stopped by frequently.  They had a variety of drinks (alcohol and otherwise) that were pretty fairly priced. They also had food like burgers, sandwiches, apps, etc.  everything we had was good and came out quickly. As far as the pool, it was spacious and refreshing. Its shallow-maxing out at 4ft, but felt great. All in all, a great experience!

Great experience 

I have booked this location 3 times and each time has been a very different experience because the fine print of the reservation keeps changing. I received a cheese & fruit plate the first time plus great service. Second time was told they do not offer day passes upon checking in (which was completely wrong) and for the same price the snack plate was excluded. This third visit we had to order multiple times from the bar and then told to leave at a certain time which was embarrassing. No notice no warning just a hey you need to leave after spending $$$ the whole day.  More and more loungers have been stuffed into the pool area so people were having private conversations right by my feet. It was good while it last but I will not be back. 

No longer thrilled 

We had such a great experience at the resort! The waitresses/bartenders were so incredibly friendly and nice. The only downfall is some kids broke glass in the pool so it closed at around 4:00pm and didn't reopen but the managers were really great and we got a credit for our next visit.

I had a wonderful time, the atmosphere was clean and positive. It was a great day-cation!

Great Environment

I loved my daycation at the pool. I rented a lounger and it was so comfortable and worth it. The pool area was so clean and immaculate. The staff was so friendly and attentive. The drinks were great.
